“I’m writing this review not because of the food (even though the food is always excellent) I’m writing it for the excellent customer service I received today. My coworkers and I decided to order subs for lunch via DoorDash. When my order arrived, it was missing more than half the order. Not sure what happened, and frankly I don’t even care. I called Jersey Mikes and spoke with the manager, Damien. He agreed that a mistake had occurred and promised to make it right. He corrected the order, asked me where I worked and told me that he would bring the food himself!!! And 20 minutes later, he did just that!!! Myself and my coworkers are so grateful for him! We only get a 30 minute lunch break, and if we had to reorder and wait for another dasher, we wouldn’t have been able to eat (we work in healthcare). Damien is truly an asset to Jersey Mikes and needs to be promoted to VP! And to the rest of the staff, you are all amazing also. The food is always great, and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Customer service is not an easy job, but the staff at NF Jersey Mikes are the absolute best!! And thank you again, Damien!!“

“If you want good food in a relaxed atmosphere David's 716 is the place. I meet my brother & sis in law there & we enjoy good food and chit chat, never feeling rushed, thanks to a very nice staff. We've always enjoyed our food no matter what we've ordered! It is a sports bar with giant tv's around but you're not shouting over them to talk. The bar is separated by a low wall from the dining area & of course you can enjoy beverage or 2 from there. Stop in sometime maybe, Taco Tuesday, & enjoy a delicious giant taco!“

“Workers are great, friendly and helpful.. however do not tip them through the subway app..they don't get it. Itll go to the owners(or someone)who didn't do any work to put your sandwich together. If you wish to tip your sandwich maker throw a buck or two in the tip jar on the counter.“

“The staff at this Subway restaurant is awesome! They remember the usual orders of their most frequent customers, of which I'm one - as soon as I walk in, if one of the cashiers who knows me best is tending, she'll get my medium coffee cup and three half-and-halfs, and meet me with them at the counter! One time, the coffee, which is usually hot, happened to have been sitting for too long; when I mentioned this, another cashier switched it out for me immediately, and brought me a new cup and creamers! The submarine rolls and various other items are fresh-finished in their in-store oven; this Subway is located inside a Walmart Super Center, to the left of the the Market entrance, and the fragrance of spicy baked goods is the first thing you notice when you walk through the door! I do eat lunch there sometimes as well, and their vegetable submarine is wonderful! The cinnamon sugar soft pretzels are great, too, and so is the popcorn! Several of the tables here are high-stool, but there are three booths and plenty of lower tables, and lots of room for handicapped access; Walmart's accessible restrooms are located right nearby. As a bus traveler and a frequent Walmart shopper, this is one of my favorite stops - see you on Monday, guys! :)“
