Everything was excellent. Very fresh. Nothing soggy. The taco shells surprised me how good they were. Crispy & flavorful. Bye bye Bang Bang, bye bye Bell. I’ll be back to Limon for sure. “From the beginning they were so easy to work with! They asked us our vision and really made it happen. Any questions i had were answered with a simple email! Everyone complimented not only how beautiful the venue was but also how amazing the food was. The all inclusive cocktail hour and portion sizes of entrees no one went hungry. They are also so fun the bartenders made sure everyone was having a good time. Our maitre d and my bridal attendant were so attentive to not just me but my bridal party. We worked the most with Isiah through the planning and Maria was my attendant she was the sweetest! With them I really didn’t feel i needed a day of coordinator or anything cause they took care of it all! Our drinks were always full and they encouraged us to have time to sit and eat. All of our decor was put out perfectly and they packed everything up even the extra food for us at the end of the night making it seamless! I would chose to get married here over and over again!“

This weekend's packages (8 pounds of family pack) "thin breast cutlets" were not so. Many were very thick, the length of each piece was aprox. 9" in length and some were as they should have been, thin and under 4 inches in length. The time before - same issue. All the prior times - PERFECT in length, thickness, and with the grain and not against. Thank you for reading this and hopefully improving your training and supervising (if applicable).“

My daughter has food allergies - Chris and Kathy have been so accommodating, thoughtful and have gone above and beyond each time. They called to make sure all of the ingredients were ok for my daughter to have several times before and even the day of the party.

“We catered from Trini Bites for a brunch with friends to celebrate our recent wedding. Working with Renee was an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, she was attentive and responsive. We knew we wanted to cater Trini food as my husband is Trini and I felt the stakes were high to make sure everything went well! And Renee delivered on every front.

The food was an absolute smash hit -- no tray was left untouched or unpolished, and we even sent folks home with to-go containers as they loved the food so much. Particular favorites were the stew chicken, the buss up shot, the mini doubles, and the curry chana and potatoes. Renee made sure that our dietary preferences were met, which was no small feat as we had vegetarians, vegans, kosher-observant (no shellfish), and halal-observant (no pork or pork byproducts) in attendance!

For about a year now, I’ve been going to the West Islip library to study (I’m a student at Suffolk County Community College). I live in Deer Park, and the Deer Park library just doesn’t compare—it’s not a great environment. West Islip is quiet, comfortable, and actually lets me focus. On the way there, I’ve passed this deli countless times and never bothered going in.

A couple months ago, I noticed they had burgers on the sign, which made me think they probably had more variety than just typical deli sandwiches. Today, after class, I was craving a bacon, egg, and cheese and decided—on a whim at a red light—to finally stop in instead of going somewhere else.

Right away, I could tell this place was different. They had CALPICO and RAMUNE in multiple flavors, plus a variety of ramen and Asian snacks. That’s not something you usually see in a deli, and it immediately stood out to me.

But what really made this place unforgettable was the service.

It’s run by what seems like an older Korean couple, and they were some of the kindest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met in any food spot. Not the usual rushed, impatient “what do you want?” kind of interaction you sometimes get at delis. They greeted me warmly and made me feel completely comfortable—like I was being welcomed into someone’s home.

When I grabbed a room-temperature drink, they immediately told me they had cold ones, walked me over to the fridge, and helped me pick a flavor. They even took the warm one from my hand to put it back for me. It was such a simple moment, but it showed how much they genuinely care.

For context, I study culinary arts and I’m currently trying to get into the food industry, so I pay attention to service and how businesses are run. This is exactly how it should be done. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their business.

The food was great too. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese with hot sauce and ketchup, and the hot sauce was different from the usual—in a really good way. It wasn’t just thrown together; it felt like they actually cared about making it right.

I walked in feeling kind of down—it was just one of those Mondays—but I left in a completely different mood. Hours later, I’m still thinking about how kind they were.

I’m not even exaggerating when I say this—I would take a bullet for these people. That’s how genuinely good they were to me. If they were hiring, I would work for them in a heartbeat and stay there as long as the place exists. I truly want nothing but success for them.

The total came out to about $17, but that included two imported drinks, so it makes sense. And honestly, I don’t regret it at all. I’d gladly spend my money here again.

This is officially my new go-to spot every time I go to the library. I’d rather come here than go to Dunkin’, 7-Eleven, or anywhere else.

I love this place. I mean that seriously. Even if I’m not getting a full meal, I’d go out of my way just to grab a drink or a bag of chips to support them.
