“My review encapsulates multiple trips to Maya, and a wedding event. It first started when we came to taste test the food. Mohit is as genuine as it gets. He ensured us that we must first come to try the food before we have catering for the wedding.

Our first trip, we ordered many things from the menu. It passed the taste testing from a very good Auntie, and cook. After getting the approval, we chose to order the main dishes and appetizers we thought all the wedding guests would certainly enjoy. Mohit then recommended dishes to pair well with our original choices.

He walked us through everything and even had his team deliver to our wedding. The food was extremely well packed and delivered, and fresh!

All we did was put the hot foods on burners.

Almost every single guest complimented the food, including the guests from India, which is a tall feat!! The desserts we ordered were also a huge success.

We can't thank Mohit and his team enough for the most beautiful wedding, complete with Auntie approved catering that left everyone raving about the wonderful time they had.“

We planned for our ceremony to be in their beautiful garden but unfortunately mother nature had other plans and the move to inside was still as beautiful. Our family and friends are still raving about how beautiful it was, how amazing the food was and how the staff were phenomenal. Michelle, the bridal attendant was also phenomenal and helped the day run so smoothly! We had an unfortunate incident thar required a guest to be removed from the wedding. The professionalism and approach that Mike T took to handle the situation was perfect to the point that I had no idea of the circumstance and to those involved were blown away on how well it was handled by himself and staff and to ensure all our guests were safe as well. We were 7 adults and 5 kids under 5 years of age and she served up a triple appetizer platter for pre-dinner cocktails as well as a plated 3 course dinner for each of us in my home with a well thought out menu we helped created with her. The food was unbelievable - surf & turf for adults with a specially prepared kid friendly dinner as well -- ending with a mouthwatering mousse cake! Utmost professional service, totally prepared and served by a warm, friendly, attentive waitress, Victoria. The catering options were second to none, our guests went back for 2nds and 3rds (we chose buffet style). These were the full size tacos, not the minis. Run don’t walk as I’m sure this deal wont last. We also ordered the fried fish and grits , we paid for extra for more fish and so goad we did. I didn’t expect a carribean place to be my new go to fish spot but here we are! We ordered the collard greens which were a little different than the southern style I’m accustomed to though had a spice to kick it up.
