“My review encapsulates multiple trips to Maya, and a wedding event. It first started when we came to taste test the food. Mohit is as genuine as it gets. He ensured us that we must first come to try the food before we have catering for the wedding.
Our first trip, we ordered many things from the menu. It passed the taste testing from a very good Auntie, and cook. After getting the approval, we chose to order the main dishes and appetizers we thought all the wedding guests would certainly enjoy. Mohit then recommended dishes to pair well with our original choices.
He walked us through everything and even had his team deliver to our wedding. The food was extremely well packed and delivered, and fresh!
All we did was put the hot foods on burners.
Almost every single guest complimented the food, including the guests from India, which is a tall feat!! The desserts we ordered were also a huge success.
We can't thank Mohit and his team enough for the most beautiful wedding, complete with Auntie approved catering that left everyone raving about the wonderful time they had.“

“THE Royalton Mansion-- If I could rate them 10 stars I would! The best kept secret on Long Island. The most beautiful venue with such a care for detail with the best bang for your buck with pricing. From the day we had our first meeting with the Royalton they have been fantastic and after my Husband and I walked in the first time we knew it was where we were supposed to be married. Mike T and his entire staff were perfect. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Mike T told me we didn’t need a wedding planner or coordinator with them and he was right. He took his role above and beyond! Every question and pre-wedding concern I had was answered quickly and ever worry I had they calmed my fear. The food was amazing and every aspect of the menu completely customizable. We had so many dietary restrictions and Mike was able to accommodate everyone without any issues. The grounds are beautiful both inside and outside. We planned for our ceremony to be in their beautiful garden but unfortunately mother nature had other plans and the move to inside was still as beautiful. Our family and friends are still raving about how beautiful it was, how amazing the food was and how the staff were phenomenal. Michelle, the bridal attendant was also phenomenal and helped the day run so smoothly! We had an unfortunate incident thar required a guest to be removed from the wedding. The professionalism and approach that Mike T took to handle the situation was perfect to the point that I had no idea of the circumstance and to those involved were blown away on how well it was handled by himself and staff and to ensure all our guests were safe as well. I can not recommend The Royalton enough.“
“Felico’s catering met and exceeded my expectations for our 60th Birthday party at a venue. The food was plentiful, delicious, and still being talked about a week after the party! The staff was tremendously helpful in selecting what passed hot food we should have and answering any questions/ requests we had. At the event the two hosts were professional, hard working and warm to the guests. I would not think twice about hiring Felico’s for our next function!“

“The Riviera made our wedding dreams come true! We were looking for a venue that had a unique look and feel and was on the water. As soon as we saw The Riviera’s stunning ballroom with the balcony we were sold! From the moment we walked in the door we immediately felt like family. The staff is incredible and they were so accommodating to ensure that we had the perfect wedding day. The entire banquet team was great to work with throughout the process and there was no need to hire a wedding coordinator because they handled everything. Julie was our maitre de and Christina was our bridal attendant they were the best and made sure that we were fed, hydrated and having the best time. The weather was touch and go for us that day and we weren’t sure if it was going to rain but they were so flexible and waited until the last possible second for us to decide where to hold the ceremony and the weather ended up being perfect. It was so great having that flexibility. The food was incredible! Our guests raved about it all night. We also used all of their preferred vendors so everything executed flawlessly. We highly recommend The Riviera to anyone looking for a stunning venue on LI. They are best in class all around“

“Marylyn and Juste Hors D'oeuvres recently catered our wedding. From the first contact right to the end of the wedding, Marylyn and her team were wonderful. Marylyn helped us with every detail of the wedding. Rentals, bartenders, staff, flowers... That was such a big help to have one point of contact. And the food...AMAZING!!! The guests raved about everything. My father said that it was the most tender filet mignon he ever had. And, my dad is the steak guy! We cannot thank the staff enough, especially Chef Manny, for their attentive, gracious service to us all. If you are looking for a caterer that delivers 100% every time, you cannot do better than Juste Hors D'Oeuvres!!!“

From the moment I called them to ask them to curate an "Amalfi coast" menu for my daughter's bridal shower, to the moment they finished serving that day, they were amazing. The food was excellent, creative, fresh and beautifully presented. The staff was professional, friendly, dedicated to making the day successful, and just an all around pleasure. I had many many compliments from guests on the deliciousness of the food. Even when there was a snafu in the kitchen (having nothing to do with the staff), the chefs and other staff pivoted like pros and every single thing came off as it needed to. “We just had our wedding on June 8, 2024. We had 240 guests attend our wedding. Every single guest told us it was the absolute best wedding they’ve EVER attended. The Sterling was absolutely AMAZING for/to us! From communication, care, attentiveness, they went above and beyond for every single one of our wants and needs. The catering options were second to none, our guests went back for 2nds and 3rds (we chose buffet style). Special shoutout to Sneha and Pooja for arranging and coordinating for us, to helping us figure out exactly how to bring our vision to life- they were EXTRAORDINARY! Our maitre d Yulia and Megan were outstanding on our wedding day, making sure everything went perfectly for our special day. We are beyond grateful for everything The Sterling did for us. The restaurant was clean and staff was kind, courteous, and professional. After the shower, I noticed I had a flat tire and Dave didn’t hesitate to help, he changed it for me! Dave and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and taken care of. I highly recommend Chef’s 724 for your next special occasion!!“

The room was nice ,it had a three section lounge area & held about 12 tables to which around eight to ten people could sit white wash design.The bathroom was close by. It had a bar area space to dance and a area for your food to be served. nice atmosphere.“

“I recently visited Long Island NY, and stopped at Nina’s Deli and catering for lunch. I was greeted by a very friendly staff with wonderful hospitality. I ordered an Italian Hero Sub and it was a absolutely delicious, made just the right way. Meat, cheese, bread and peppers were so fresh! Best Hero I ever have. I would definitely recommend Nina’s deli!“
“The best supermarket of them all. Huge, yet never crowded. Very wide aisles with a big, wide path leading you through the store. Every department imaginable, and then some. Endless varieties and brands and sizes. Fresh everything. Samples. Hot food too, so sit and enjoy. Bathrooms. Nice workers, and many of them. Lots of cashiers, plus self checkout. Cavernous parking area. Like I said, the best.“

“I went it really hungry and I got a large jerk chicken with rice and beans, Mac&Cheese, and jerk salmon I finished everything. Also recommend the sea moss lemonade it hit the spot. Definitely recommend you go try it yourself. It won’t disappoint. 10/10“

He does an amazing job, and made the process simple, stress-free, and all at a very competitive price.The food was amazing and there was nothing but compliments from friends and family about how well the venue was set up and how great the service was.Brian has the resources and skill to host a wide variety of events, large or small, and has a very capable staff.His food was delicious, and he was readily able to accommodate various dietary restrictions for our guests.I especially appreciated how his contract for the wedding package was simple, straightforward, extremely accommodating to our needs, and there were no surprises.Brian is very down to earth and makes himself readily available over phone, email, and in person.We were absolutely impressed with how EASY he made everything for us.In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Brian went above and beyond for us repeatedly and truly made us feel like VIPs.
