“I’ve been coming here for years and if you’re looking for a friendly atmosphere for dinner or to watch your favorite team, Sal’s Place is the place to go. There is a separated dining area so you’re not just crammed by the bar. No pool table, no fights, no hassles. Food is good with a large variety of options plus specials. The staff busts their asses to make sure your needs are cared for. If you’ve never been here, give it try and I promise you it won’t be the last time you’re there.“
“1st time eating here, everyone was xtra friendly. The food was so good, seasoned just right, the shrimp plantain nachos are def a must. Drink were so good (made by Ethan), they’ll def sneak up on you. Overall everything was perfect, I love the decor can’t wait to come for brunch.“

“We were looking for somewhere to grab a bite to eat before going to a lecture at the Merrick Public Library. The photos of the food looked fabulous, so we decided to give Bourbon & Brews a try. We were greeted by Will, who rocks, offering happy hour specials and cocktails in a pint glass. Burgers were great, and the nachos were superior. Definitely will be back!“

“This restaurant exceeded all of my expectations! The tacos were hands down some of the best I’ve ever had, and the drinks were just as amazing. Everything was packed with flavor and absolutely worth trying.
My only minor complaint was the wait time for both the food and drinks, but honestly, once everything arrived, it was completely worth it. The quality more than made up for the delay.
I would 100% come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for incredible tacos and great drinks! 🌮🍹🙌“

“We held a family fun night in their back room this weekend, about 30 people. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! Thank you Amy & Jenny for such great bartending & waitressing!! Food was delicious, TVs for those wanting to watch the games, private bathroom, space for little kids to roam around- would definitely book here again!“

“Great bar! Love going there. Excellent bartenders and they have fantastic events and parties. And since they bought DiMaggios next door the food has taken a step up from their normally great food and specials. The place looks really nice, too! The people who go there are wonderful... stop in for a drink and food. You will not be disappointed and don't forget your darts.“

“The food is incredible!! And so are the drinks 👍Both my husband and myself were stuffed when we left. Jeff had the turkey burger and I had the lobster roll I asked if he wanted to split our meals but he liked his too much lol I had to eat most of the lobster off the top so I could eat it like a sandwich Took the picture after I ate a good portion off the top Mark and his crew are the best! “My husband and I have found our go to spot close to home. Bartenders are friendly and we have made new friends with the other customers whenever we are there. We were just there celebrating my Halloween birthday at the bars Halloween party and we had so much fun! They should definitely have a DJ more often and even a karaoke night!“

“I was tired in the wood and get off on the highway stopped there to drink a beer it's a nice place but be careful don't invite anyone to drink when I say anyone any females it's a really tough they will try to $20 for the beers for them I do not recommend this place“

If you are married and care at all about your family, please stay away.. because once you spend more than 5 minutes with her, you will be forever in love and throw your whole life away to just to see her smile for one more moment in time…..“

“My daughter had her 5th birthday party there this weekend. The was many party packages to choose from. They had several safety measures in place that made everyone feel comfortable in their establishment. The staff work with me with our constant changes and were very helpful throughout the whole process. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the party we would recommend it to friends and family.“
