“My daughter and I happened upon this place and we were so happy we did! Chris (not sure if he was the owner or not) was super helpful since we have food allergies. He made my daughter a cotton candy milkshake which she absolutely devoured. I had a flavored coffee which was delicious. From the black and white checkered floor to the murals on the walls, the vintage looking tables and chairs to the fun gelato display case (which was nice and low for little ones to be able to choose from) the decorated garage door which let in so much light to the retro cola display fridge, everything was so well thought out and just a lot of fun. Kudos to them for a really great place, definitely go visit!“

“Guys, I have to share my experience at Let's Roll because it was wonderful. I don't really like ice cream (i know, that's crazy right?), but my husband and my kids always go to this place so I decided to try it. It's a super friendly place that's owned by a wonderful couple (Craig & Giselle, I think? I don't really know if that's how she spells it), but I never wanted to try the ice cream. Except today. I tried the passion fruit flavor - and my God, there's nothing like it! You really have to taste it - it's so yummy. And besides, the place is super family-friendly, with super nice people, such positive energy. I will be back soon. 5 stars for Let's Roll in Merrick!“

“Great spot, total hidden gem. I come in here time to time and their gelato is fantastic. My two favorites are the pistachio and rainbow cookie gelato ?.. they also have a nice selection of pastries / cakes. If you have a sweet tooth the cannoli creme filled lobster tails were amazing as was the rainbow cookie cheese cake! Last but not least they have a wide range of offerings as far as coffee & espresso!“

“I figured I would try this place out as they are one of the few places where I can find any coconut flavors. I got a medium cup of ice cream for$6.50 (includes tax). You get 3 scoops. I got coconut, toasted coconut, and chocolate lovers. It was amazing and worth the price which I can't say for other places. I would recommend giving this a try, There is lots of seating and the workers were pleasant.“

“Purchased this beautiful unicorn cake yesterday! It’s so freaking cute & was delicious! I tried the strawberry soft serve which was dairy free & made with oat milk. It was ok for what it was. Don’t think I’d purchase that one again. They did have about 4-5 options that were dairy free & cannot wait to try those next! Zhao helped us (as per the receipt) & she was so kind & gave phenomenal service. Very quick too. The store itself was so clean & they had a ton of options as far as cakes go and even the frozen ice cream section. Will definitely come back again & again ?

The people there are extremely nice and I just love watching everyone bake their cookies, and they are very sanitary too!! Cookies are absolutely the best I come here very often. I threw up eating the large Reeces Peanut butter though. It was absolutely bomb but I just can’t take sugar like that.“

“An absolute must try! Not your standard scoop of ice cream but a delightful mix that’s sort of part ice cream, part Italian ice, and part gelato with a huge array of homemade flavors. The prices are very good (especially for Long Island) and the product is phenomenal. Worth a trip out of your way to come here!

Parking: Linked number of spots in front of store, particularly on a busy day, but there is more parking in the side lot.“

We reserved a table for Valentines Day and had a wonderful meal consisting of crab cakes, fried shrimp, French fries, vegetables and, for dessert, fresh homemade strawberry shortcake – reservations are rarely needed! “After ordering the stores internet went down and I didn’t have cash to pay. We tried doing an online order so I could pay for my food but that didn’t work either. I guess their internet was down. To my surprise, The worker was kind enough to give me the food without charge!! “Everyone who grows up on Long Island knows that Ralph's Ices is a staple. All of the locations are excellent, but this one right here takes it to the next level. Recently renovated, super clean and very efficient.

The staff goes above and beyond offering a seemingly endless array of tastings and flavors (Kudos to Maddy for being the best). The drive-thru is so convenient, they offer ice cream & soft serve as well, and they even have a candy bar! Cannot recommend enough.“

“I was actually trying to go to the hamburger spot next door and saw this spot when looking for parking. There was a long line for the hamburger spot so I figured I'd get a small thing of ice cream to eat while we waited. I came here on a Saturday evening around 6pm and parking was hard to find. However, there was always someone leaving the lot.

There was no line for ice cream and staff was friendly. Credit cards are accepted. I decided on a small cup of soft serve chocolate ice cream (~$4) which was a good amount for one person. Full of flavor and very creamy. I would definitely return to try other menu items!“

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted, I don’t recall seeing a clear price lisg but when I asked about the prices, the cashier answered. $8 for two scoops on a cone. I won’t complain about that. “Ralphs Italian Ices are always great. It was on the visit bucket list since my kids have never had them. As always the food was great. The staff, not so much. They seemed bothered by us being there, and both seemed to be having a miserable day.
