“Sub was good, fresh roll and meat(I'm hoping) Kind of weird situation happened while there, but glad I wasn't served the meat. Wanted a Roast Beef and Pastemi sub, and a Pepperoni Sub. the gentleman said he didn't have any Pepperoni or Pastemi, pointed out a whole unwrapped Pastemi, he said "Oh Ok, we got some" We ordered my husband's Sub the Roast Beef/Pastemi Sub, while I was trying to figure my sandwich because i don't really eat Lunch Meat But the weird thing was, upon getting the Roast Beef, he took it out of the case, went the slice it and suddenly take it off the slicer and throw the whole piece of meat in the trash can. I said, "OK, we'll just have all Pastemi on that Sub. I guess I'm good being I don't eat Lunchmeat other than Pepperoni. My husband said the Sub was Good, It was definitely a Great Price, just hoping the meat was good, not out dated, i guess we'll soon find out. Friendly Service“

“It was ok didn't know at first the chicken teriyaki was being cooked and put on my sub with my cheese and a melted and it tastes disgusting when it's that way sorry and u don't have enough room to write out how u like it done and other cheese options“

“Mrs. L is a master. These sandwiches are better than you can find almost anywhere. There is no sandwich in all of Los Angeles that can equal these, I found one in Chicago that I would accept as an alternate, if different style. Part of what makes these great, is the use of authentic terrines and cha bong (dried pork), and the fabulous crunchy Di Lauros roll. My friends dad showed my this spot probably 15 years ago, and it has been a favorite treat ever since. I made sure we had some at my wedding as appetizers. This is truly the culinary peak of Syracuse, and we are lucky to have it.“

“I came for the first time with my friend after we saw the nearest Latin AND Chinese place were closed. The first good sign was a long line. Also, the staff was pretty familiar with the people ordering. That means it's a good local place. I had cheesy ranch fries, and a chicken Parmesan sub, my friend had grilled chicken with mayo and veggies, both of ours were heated. We also had mozzarella sticks. What a surprise. This was a really decent place. Food for a quick bite that fills you up for hours.“

“Absolutely amazing job!!! I had Jayden working up front and another gentleman working the grill. I came in with 30 people due to a failed catering.
We all got a sandwich, chip, and drink.
Jayden did absolutely amazing with moving from customer to customer with answering, asking, and delivering questions.
They had a big rush and got us all in an out within 30 minutes.
Lovely atmosphere, I don’t even think I saw them break a sweat.

“Charley’s Philly Steak in Destiny USA mall , Syracuse is a quick brunch place to stop by when you are in the mall. It’s prepared in front of your eyes on the open counter. We tried the chicken Philly for our lunch and it was pretty good, we also got some French fries as side so that we feel full. During the mall visit you could try this as a brunch for some energy.“

We go to subways often and it is hit and miss with how well/ efficient the workers complete the order. “We've come here a few times and we love the food. Usually there's no problem, but there was one time they ran out of bread during peak time. One of our little's was sad she couldn't have her sub that she was craving, and they told her that they would soon have a bread delivery if we waited. We decided to wait, eat our own food in the meantime, and when we went to get her sub, they refused our payment and said the sub is on them! They also gave her a cookie! I think this was a great show of customer service during a situation they couldn't control.“

“The two women who work at this Sub Way are rock stars. My car sick 6 year old got sick in the store and they came to the rescue, cleaned up the mess, gave us a bag and cup for him to use and didn't blink an eye. They also made us a delicious lunch! I was a very grateful Mom today!“
