“food is amazing- however I had a very unpleasant experience. One of the first few times I ordered delivery from them I was about to give my card number and I just picked the card up from my lap and while I was doing that the lady yelled into my ear "hellooo" it was a loud and long hello and i apologized, it was just one split second and I just can't believe the impatience someone can have if they're in the customer service business.If your going to ask if the customer if there still there just do it politely. I love the food here and this establishment just learn some manners please.“

“Best pupusas I’ve had!! Stopped by while charging my car at the Tesla charger down the street. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Also had their beef soup (wonderful) and brought home their fried chicken and carne asada. Everything is flavorful and delicious and cooked perfectly. If I lived nearby I’d be here all the time!“

“I cannot rave more about this restaurant and especially their catering! We recently catered with Mogu Commack for a gathering at my house. The catering manager, John and his team were outstanding. The food was delicious. The service amazing. John helped me craft a special menu that pleased everyone, even the most picky eaters (kids and adults!). I got compliments all night on how great the food was. Even better, the process and pick up was easy! Highly recommend for any function you have, large or small, or just takeout!“

“A really tasty General tso’s chicken coupled with a shrimp roll which i forgot to take a photo of. The food was super hot and the sauce was just the right amount of sweet however i should have asked for a bit more spice. The white rice was soft and fluffy.“

Tonight we ordered delivery bc of chaotic kids schedules and DoorDash messed up but Jason was awesome and called them back and insisted they send a new driver and also gave us free cookies to make up for the delay, even though it wasn’t Panera’s fault. “Great employees that really care about their customers! I placed a pickup order on the Panera app earlier today. Somehow, I managed to order a half sandwich with the bread, the meat, and the cheese removed! Thank goodness the employee with my order decided to call me up to check if this is indeed I wanted. I was able to get my order corrected by this wonderful caring Panera employee in just a few seconds. So, I received a tasty and nutritious sandwich with meat, bread and cheese! Thank you!“
