“One of my favorite places to go out. Excellent food, menu & service. Updating March 2024; I miss the guitar player, Steve. The food, menu & service all still excellent, although this Saturday night when we were seated the dining room was full, everyone was finishing their meals and it was noisy. But within 15 20 minutes 2 tables left & it instantly quieted down and the cozy ambiance was back. Have to admit, sometimes we've been that noisy group! It's all good!“

“Visited twice in a week. Certain dishes are great. Others are a miss.The first-time service was questionable since they tried to overload the table with the main course when we were still having appetizers.Appetizers are delicious. Bouillabaisse a disappointment, fish dry and very few mussels etc. Steak boring. Ravioli more like an overstuffed perogi. Chicken under a brick very good. Still worth a visit.“

“Food always consists of plentiful portions served relatively fast. Great for families with kids. Service is pleasant...and there are great views of the Kinderhook creek from the back section. Can be a little noisy at prime meal times when it's crowded- hard on hearing aids...or those with hearing issues. (Off times are much quieter)“

“We have come here to meet friend s for dinner on several occasions. It's a bar first, restaurant second. Pretty steady regular crowd on weekends...food is what you'd expect. Perfectly fine..nothing outstanding but nothing bad either. Prices are also average- portions are on par with it. Full bar, variety of beers, service is always very pleasant and timely. Place is a little "tired" looking- but always clean!! Can be loud at peak times...hard for anyone with hearing issues.“

“Went in for the first time ordered a build your own burger w frys to go and it was delicious bun was toasted cheese was melted bacon was crispy and was cooked just how I asked the bbq sauce I asked for with it was perfect too I wouldve took a picture but I was hungry I noticed they have a buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner would go back to try that out“

“Normally the food is 5 star excellent; however, this last visit wasn't. It took a long time to get our entrees and the fries were over cooked in the warmer. Plus, my shrimp was cooked on a dirty griddle, all I could taste was burnt ground beef. Might have just been an off night or they lost some good cook staff. Not sure what's up. We will give them another shot because we dig the menu and food. Trivia night is awesome and fun and the wait staff is great. They made sure our drinks were filled and that we were happy. Hope the kitchen shapes up again.“

“Not the best curb appeal but worth going in. Great value snd good food. The extensive menu can be a worry and we both ordered off the specials as we like too. He had the butternut squash soup and I for the fried artichokes. Entrees we're trout and mushroom risotto. All tasted fresh and delicious. Thanks.“

“Food was so so good. There cream puffs are my favorite, I wake up in the middle of the night craving their cream puffs. Their coffee is the best around here, There lattes especially. they’re creamy and the foam was so perfectly steamed. The service was amazing. The cashier, Grace, was really nice and so cool. They had the best music as well. All in all was really such an amazing experience, and would highly recommend!!“

“Cold, rainy March night in Chatham, NY. We felt the need to get out for dessert. The People's Pub has the (gas) fireplace and the working kitchen welcoming us for carrot cake with rum cream. Neighbors are at the bar,". Glad we stepped out.“

“Today we tried Zia's burgers! This was a great burger! Done perfectly. We had a large order with people over so we had it delivered. The delivery person was on time, very helpful and nice. We had their Salad which was large, delicious and filling. The Chicken Parm sub was so large we have more for tomorrow. Looks like Pizza is not the only thing they do well! Feel free order from their extensive menu, it's all great! See the photo- I love the "Z" on the roll!“

“I was SO happy to be able to order their bagels and coffee and get them delivered to a nearby nursing home (where I was watching my uncle die from an aggressive cancer).They say in order to take care of others you need to take care of yourself; getting s wonderful hot coffee and food, within minutes, allowed me to have the mindset and strength to get through the tough road ahead.“

“Basic diner food. Not much vegan options. I can cobble together things. I got the veggie wrap minus cheese and linguini w marinara as a side. You can't get pasta with marinara without meatballs, but oddly enough you can get a side. Not amazing but ok. I took half home.“

“We started with the calamari it was very tender and it came with a milder spiced sauce and red cherry peppers and jalapeño peppers. My wife had the goat cheese and apple salad with arugula and salmon. She said it was delicious and I had the black and blue burger with bacon, avocado, tomato, and onion along with sweet potato fries. It was delicious if we come this way again we will definitely stop.“

“Came here a few times... Once in the summer and once yesterday/spring... The bartenders are friendly. My hubby loves their crispy chicken Sandie. I got the corn beef special... Could of used more seasoning but the veggies were cooked perfect.“
