“Let's start by saying this family run restaurant is an institution in Malone. I've heard from numerous friends how good this place was, and I finally made the trip. I was not disappointed. The service was stellar, my glass never went empty, and the plates were cleared the moment they were empty, and it was busy in there, so that's not an easy feat. They are a well-oiled machine when it comes to service.Secondly, the ambiance of this place was great. Dimly lit but not dark, bustling yet quiet enough to hear my date, and amazing pictures on the wall from local artists to capture the upstate NY feel. Even a picture of Benecio Del Toro with the family.Lastly, the food, oh the glorious good food. It was phenomenal. Servings were huge enough that one haddock dinner was enough for my date and I. We also shared an order of meatballs as an appetizer. Everything here was worth stopping if you love Italian food. I will be back for sure. Next time, I will be trying their Italian staples, so wait for that review.”
“I ordered 2 large pizzas done 4 different ways (Dah Baker, Lake Lover, The B Ville and The Piggy) and 2 orders of wings ( Garlic Parm and Smokehouse Special). Everything was hot, fresh and delicious! Friendly service...I highly recommend!”
“If I could give the Brainardsville Bakery a 10 I would. The baked goods and the proprietors. I'd like to start with the baked goods, OMG I have so many favorites, the scones are so good, the raspberry cream cheese pastry, broccoli and cheese quiche, pecan pie, I could go on and on. Oh and I can't forget to mention the amazing BREADS! Nut lovers is LOADED with a variety of nuts and pepitas , sunflower seeds , everything but the kitchen sink just how I love it! Well like I said I could go on and on but I have to take a moment to brag on the Proprietors . Those of you that said you weren't treated right or the owner was in a bad mood , don't we all have those days ? I guess if I got up at 1:30 2:00 in the morning to bake Goods for the town people and others throughout the counties I think I would be a little Moody once in awhile . This "moody" one asked me how my sister was doing every time I stopped to pick up her favorite treat, blackberry scone. My sister had stage 4 cancer and was hospitalized until the end. I can't tell you how pleased I was to see her smile as she would pull a giant scone out of that bag! Oh and to my surprise there would be an extra one for later! Now that's pretty darn special considering she was a stranger. I do not know these people but when I visit their bakery I am treated with kindness every time. Thank you!”
“Opened for 2024! Vintage style! Park and choose to order from a take away window or walk in. If you walk in, you'll place your order at a counter, the staff will give you a number to set on the table you choose. The service is pretty quick, the staff is friendly and food is good. Overall a great value. This place keeps me coming back.”
“I went in once and they were so busy I didn't have time to wait. However they sell some products at Martins store in Brushton NY. Their Chili is awesome. I called and ordered a case and they left it at Martins. I cannot complain about the price of 6 gallons with the price. I couldn't make it for that and my family loves it. Thank you so much JC.”
“Excellent deli with top quality meats, cheeses and all around service. The lady who has been there a long time and is usually there is very nice and does a great job with subs and sandwiches. Then you can go check out the great booths and do some shopping so it's a win win!”
“My very favourite restaurant in my hometown. I've never found a sub *anywhere* that compares to JRECK's no matter how hard I've tried. It's a must-visit every time I return to Malone!”
“Great OLD SCHOOL bar! Been there for years, could be time travel! Food is typical bar fare, wings, pizza or Michigans! Eleanore, Kathy and Todd were right on their game! Pool tables, neon, darts and jute box fill out the atmosphere! Out door seating.Vegetarian options: Fried veggie optionsParking: 20 spots around back, including handicapWheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair ramp on the front of the building.”
“I was part of a larger group with a reservation for a get together. We didn't have to wait long for our table to be ready and our waitress, Ashley was very nice and friendly. All of our food was great.”
“Reminded me of getting calzones when I was a kid, loved it here, fresh, hot and so good! Portions were huge, the price was great, and the place was clean with great staff, will definitely be back.”
“This is after our second experience there because I like to give places two tries before finally settling on a personal view.I called and there was no fake pleasant "hi how are you how can I help" but instead I get immediately "pick up or delivery?" No greetings. Honestly, that's refreshing and I like that blunt straight to the point attitude. It tells me you know what your pushing out and you know we want it badly. My husband ordered the first time and I am a very bad phone conversationalist. I didn't prepare my pizza ordering speech. He didn't tell me what size pizza he ordered last time and I forgot that was a thing. You see, their large pizzas are $20 and l, back on the west coast, those scheming jerks will give you a 14" pie and tell you that's a large and you can easily shill out $60 for two larges. Not here. I had to end the phone call and get ahold of my husband to see what I should order. Two larges was fine he said. I had to call back. My bad, dudes. We ordered the large bruschetta white pizza and the large Supreme pizza, substitute the sausage for bacon because everyone knows bacon is better, not a debate that's a fact. $42 dollars for two large pizzas is a great price after being scammed of more money for less mediocre product for the last 16 years. San Diego has the worst pizza. That bruschetta white pizza is worth it. It's simple. The crust has a nice almost like arlic bread thing going on. It's very comfort food.My Supremely Supreme with bacon instead of sausage was fan-friggin-tastic.Best of all, they were actual large sized pizzas!Keep it up, Guiseppe's ?”
“This Dunkin is I think better than uptown. The staff is great and the drinks are always better than the other one. Idk why but they are. They are connected to a mountain mart so you can also get sm snacks and gas. Only thing that it lacks is the drive through. So if your a single parent you basically have to go to uptown unfortunately. But if it had that it would be the better of the 2 Dunkin in town.Parking: There is only like 3 spots but it's on a side street and can park on the side of the road and people tend to just make a spot along the front is a few places around the pumps.”
“Doughnuts are my favorite thing here along with the frozen hot chocolate, just wish the workers were more welcoming. They're so quiet some days, almost in a zombie mode and hardly smile....”
“I've been in ones that have TVs and fireplaces but aside from that, it's got everything else that a Taco Bell needs. Pretty looking lounge area, clean store, precise and hard working employees that are attractive and outgoing but nothing that's remarkable about it as a Fast Food franchise. Outside area looks accommodating even in the Winter and pretty in the Summer. The drive thru area is convenient and I've never seen it packed with long waits. They gave expensive food and then still some of the cheapest food. They don't have nutrition labels because nobody believes anything bad would come from Taco Bell but are Wheelchair and family friendly and offer vegetarian meals. There's much special for kids, but even toys, but this is about food not play. And as far as that goes, there's over twenty items along with a make it your own way selection! Messy for, but healthy, filling, fast and cheap!”
“I don't know a whole lot about the food as I've yet to eat there, however, the staff was very pleasant.Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely wheelchair accessible”
“Every time I get any type of chicken / french fries here they are always dry and hard. It's depressing. I just got one of the new potato bowls the other day, and everything was dry but the potatoes / cheese / bacon. Plus, the staff could be friendlier in my opinion, they seemed to be annoyed and whatnot. I understand it was slightly busy, but it made me feel like a burden back.”
“Me and my boyfriend went to this place for a breakfast meal jurring lunch and the service was lovely the waitress was so friendly and sweet and the prices were extremely reasonable. Im gluten-free and had eggs and sausage and wasn't sick ❤”
“I have to say the lady who took my order today at 5:30 was 1 of my best experiences ever at a drive thru. I’ve had a terrible few days with no appetite. I never felt rushed at all while ordering. My food was perfect.”
“Busy.. sat outside and ate. Food was great as usual. Homemade fries and large flavorful onion rings.. cold beer.. excellent stop if your looking for a place to go. AAA”
