“I can’t tell which is better, the food or service. We came in around noon on a Saturday. While it looked packed they were able to seat us the bar within 2-3 minutes of coming in, coffees served quick and the food was out in no more than 10 minutes. The vegan options are plentiful and soooo good. I had vegan salmon benedict and the missus had the vegan penny benny. It was my first time and the vegan salmon is damn good here.“

I visited this place on the night before Labor Day. Even though it was late on a Sunday night before a holiday the place was bustling with delivery orders and dine-in customers.

Despite the busy atmosphere Qandeel was incredibly helpful and patiently answered all my questions, even encouraging me to ask as many as I needed.
She never showed any signs of frustration and efficiently handled her other tasks as well.
I was so impressed by her exceptional service that I asked for her name so I could write a review.

I've lived in this neighborhood for a while but only came here about once a year.

“We visited a newly opened, immaculately clean IHOP location for breakfast and had a surprisingly good meal. The pancakes—both blueberry and buttermilk—were soft and fluffy. What makes this place unique is that it’s not your typical all-American brunch, which for me can sometimes be on the bland side. Here, you’re getting a true Dominican-American breakfast and brunch experience — sazon, flavor, and soul in every bite. If you enjoy savoring your food, this is a match made in heaven.

Their mangú is smooth, creamy, and comforting — not the stiff, heavy version you often get elsewhere. I ordered the tres golpe and my girlfriend had the dos golpe with pechurrinas (Dominican chicken tenders). The chicken was crisp to perfection, seasoned beautifully, and mixing it with the mangú is next-level. To finish, I ordered a papaya milkshake that was amazing — rich, refreshing, and the perfect balance.

The flavor here is what sets them apart. If you’re Latino, or if you just love food with seasoning and depth, this is the spot. Too many brunch places in the city are bland — here, every bite has sabor.

On top of that, the service is excellent. Our server Jeanette was attentive, funny, and welcoming — exactly the kind of energy you want when you’re hungry.

And let’s talk about price. In 2025, when everything feels overpriced, this spot is a blessing. Most dishes are $5–$10, nothing over $25, and the quality is unmatched even compared to restaurants charging triple. You get your money’s worth every time.

The only downside is they’re not open for dinner — but for breakfast and brunch, Cafeteria Brooklyn is unbeatable. If you want food that’s flavorful, affordable, and satisfying, this is where you need to be. I’ll definitely be back.“

“I really wish I could give a five star because the sandwich I received was amazing. I’m giving four stars because the atmosphere of the entire place needs to match everything. The worker at the register was honestly just rude and had a very standoffish attitude. It almost made me want to cancel my order and walk out the store. “I come here when I need work done on my car, since my mechanic is a few blocks away , unfortunately it has been too often. Coming to Breakhouse puts some good vibes Into the trip. I get here early, I love their breakfast selections. The coffee is good but cappuccino is even better. They have a very clean and comfortable bathroom. If I lived closer, I'd be here very often. “Why didn’t I find this IHOP location sooner? I’ve always been skeptical about breakfast franchises - especially IHOP. I mean, how good can breakfast really be? But this location completely changed my mind.

The service was outstanding, and the food genuinely impressed me. The servers were warm and welcoming. Their signature pancakes were perfectly fluffy and paired beautifully with the butter and syrup. The omelette was huge, and the price was very reasonable. Even the coffee was great - smooth, not burnt, and they leave the whole pot at your table for easy refills.

I honestly don’t think I’ll be going to local diners anymore. IHOP has won me over for breakfast!

I had the infamous three chocolate cake slice ($11 ea.) and yes it is worth the hype. Moist flavors that blend well and is very delicious, although small slices for the price.
I also had a butter croissant ($4 ea.) and truly enjoyed that as well. The blonde cashier was pleasant and helpful. Everything here is a bit pricey but you will enjoy the desserts.“

“10 out of 10 would recommend! First of all, the venue is beautiful and spacious. All of their equipment is modern and adds that extra special touch. They included the 360 booth as well as the Photo Booth as part of the package and it was a hit the night of the party. Staff were super friendly and helpful. “I was in midtown Manhattan to see a live TV show, Gutfeld. I had some time before lining up outside the TV channel's building, so I stopped in for a quick lunch at this place. It is, apparently, open 24 hours, which is interesting given it's location right smack in the middle of midtown. I ordered some hot items from the hot bar, which is extensive. I chose the eggplant parmesan with rice. The food was good. This restaurant does not look to be the most hygienically pleasing, but, on the other hand, it was not expensive and the offerings I chose were tasty. The service was OK. One other note is that when I asked for regular water, they handed me an empty cup which I had to fill from a tap, they did not have any of those water filtration systems you see at many other restaurants, kind of a cheap touch.“
