“I had a very upsetting and unsafe experience with this business. During our visit, my young daughter was bitten by their cat. What should have been treated with urgency and genuine conncern was instead brushed off- both the over and her employee responded with sarcasm and dismissiveness when I voiced my frustration. I had to make multiple requests to speak to the owner in regards to this incident-yet during a later phone call, she admitted she had been there the entire time. This kind of avoidance is extremely unprofessional, especially when a child's safety is at risk. Due to the bite, my daughter required a medical evaluation and treatment, resulting in medical expenses. I had mailed the ower receipts of the co-pays and requested a refund of my daughter's medical co-pays which i still haven't received. Allowing an animal that bites to be around customers, especially children poses a serious safety risk. The lack of professionalism, empathy and accountability is how this situation was handled is unacceptable. Then to my surprise, this compmay enjoys mocking their customers on TikTok videos. One wasn't made of my daughter, but these video's paint a clear picture of how the owner, Ryan and her employee's think of their loyal customers. I cannot recommend this business nor-even give it one star!“

The food was incredible and I can’t even tell you how many people complimented on how beautiful of a job they did. Michaela was so wonderful to work with. I am so sad the day has come and gone. “Had an AMAZING brunch at Sunflower Cafe. Cannot say enough great things about this restaurant! Our server, Cayla, was fabulous, every suggestion she made was on point and she was so friendly and attentive. Met the owner, who stopped by and chatted with us, this is a family run business and everything including the delicious desserts are made on premises. I can’t wait to go back for dinner, it is quite a ride for me but well worth the trip! This place will NOT disappoint!!“

I’ve been adoring this place from afar since I moved away from Long Island in 2016, but I always make sure to stop by when I’m back home.
As if the creative menu and specialty drinks weren’t enough, the whole atmosphere is Soul Brew is just awesome. They display local art for sale! They’re always playing great music (and now they host open mic nights, I hope to catch one next time I’m on the island!). The staff is so kind and helpful.
I love walking from my husband’s parents house and grabbing the latest seasonal drink to go, as well as meeting up with friends and grabbing brunch and catching up.
I was also lucky to have my bridal shower at Soul Brew! They catered a delicious dinner and served up some seriously tasty drinks as we celebrated. The two women working the event were just incredible and SO gracious as I herded all my ladies out at the end of the night.
Soul Brew is the local coffee shop I wish was way closer to me (and not across the country 😅)…but I’ll be a fan girly for life! 🫶🌈☕️“

“My boyfriend took me on a surprise date here and I was absolutely in love with the experience. They had wonderful tea selections, sandwiches and desserts were delightful, even the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall great experience and would recommend. “This was my first time ordering from Joe's. Im sorry i didn't order sooner! i ordered the All American Hero with a side of Onion Rings. Holy cow, the size of this hero was massive! I could only handle half of it. It was delicious! I went for this place because it allowed special requests and I didn't want cheese but wanted extra mayo. They fulfilled my request accurately. It was dinner time when I ordered and yet still arrived timely and hot, and Im not that close as I live in Centereach. I devoured all the onion rings, they were too good to leave behind. definitely recommend and definitely will order again!“

“Went here for first time today and have to say the BEC was excellent. And not sure why so many comments on here about “rude staff”. The guy who served me was pleasant, seemed happy to be there, had a smile and was a pleasure. Only complaint is that it costs $8.17 cash price and didn’t include a coffee or OJ but other than it being a bit over priced I will definitely be going back - the sandwich was probably top 5 that’s I’ve had on the Island, at least made by this gentleman this morning.“

“Ash is an awesome restaurateur who welcomes each customer with a huge smile. It’s always clean and each table has a cute vase with flowers. Omar and Jose are fantastic chefs and the young people who work there are exactly what you want to deal with while eating out. Chris makes a FANTASTIC açaí bowl. Love this place❤️“
