“My go to restaurant whenever I’m in Nyack. Because who doesn’t love pancakes after a long run or bike ride. They have so many pancake options, it’s difficult to choose. Rest assured, they’re all delicious! Photos do not do them justice, I promise!“
“Whenever you see the owner behind the counter cooking, good chance the food/service is phenomenal!!! After eating their double bacon Cocina burger I don't feel bloated or sluggish. I feel satisfied! They keep adding deliciousness to the menu. Just tried the mozzarella sticks....OMG was not ready for the crunchy cheesy heaven. They also got the chimi de pernil... Haven't tried it yet but it's next on my list. I already know it will be delightful!!!! No para SIGUE SIGUE. Cocina burger, best burgers in YONKERS!!!!!!!!“
“I don't leave reviews too often, but AJ's deserves it. Excellent burgers, excellent sides and they have, by far, the coldest beer in New Rochelle. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. 5/5 stars. Come here, you won't regret it.“
“You should go! My second time and loving every moment of the food, music, and warm welcome we were greeted with at Eightytwenty! Chris and his staffs’ ability to ensure such consistency is impeccable. This was our first time having the cookies (which I was expecting to be a small bite size cookie), and they were soft, warm and sooooo delicious. We will happily be eating them over the next few days ❤️. Cant wait to be back!“
“Absolutely delicious food, professional and kind waitstaff, and a diverse menu. Easy location to get to, beautiful interior and relatively easy, free parking. Great for larger groups since they allow reservations, but great for small groups as well. I recommend paying in cash!“
“Great Spot for Falafel and all things Afghani and Mediterranean. Delicious salads, fresh veggies and wonderful food. Kids got the Chicken Shawarma & loved it. Falafel was crisp and delicious. Definitely a must try. Great to have them in the area.“
“This is the first time my husband and I visited this diner. The atmosphere was welcoming. The waitress was very nice and attentive to our table. The food was excellent. We had soup for starters. The white bean soup was excellent. My husband had the Turkey, with avocado, lettuce and tomato, and sweet potato fries, while I had the pastrami with Swiss cheese and curly fries. The food was fresh, tasty and delicious. I would highly recommend you stopping in for a quick meal. A+ quality. The Montoya’s“
“I truly love everything about BombBurgers & Breakfast! Always delicious food, great prices and the service can't be beat! Katie is a wonderful waitress that cares about her customers, very friendly and always checking on you to make sure everything's ok. John the owner has been like a friend to us. We go here at least once a week and it's definitely worth the drive. Best restaurant in Lapeer County.“
“Best burger we've had in years. Fresh meat daily, not frozen, made at the moment you order. Wonderful service as well from both Tasha and Mel. Place is CLEAN and welcoming. Cannot recommend highly enough!Kid-friendliness: Kids will love the place, the food, the service, and the pinball machine.“
“This was the best Mexican food I’ve had in Westchester, hands down. It was delicious, fresh, and cooked to perfection. It seems to be more of a takeout spot, as there are only three sit down tables, but we ate inside and were greeted with wonderful hospitality. Maya Riviera nearby is much more of a sit down restaurant, but the quality of the food is very mediocre and does not even come close to Maya’s Taqueria!“
“Have been to this place a number of times and every single time all is prepared so we’ll! My favorite is the Turkey burger and French fries. They coat the fries with something, may be potato starch, - so good. So tasty. The Turkey burger is so fresh and juicy.Love the beer. Some choices of beer are strong in alcohol. Love it. And it is not expensive. This place cares about the food quality. The food is simple, but it shows care. Love this place.“
“Not sure how this place didn't pop up on my radar a while ago. This is a hidden gem in Tarrytown, right on Main St. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The food...would give it 10 stars if I could. I'm vegan and had the best cauliflower buffalo wings at this spot. The food is delicious with generous portions. I wanted to try the mushroom "cheesestake" sandwich but was told it's only on the lunch menu. Guess who's going back for lunch!!“
“The place was clean, excellent service, food was tasty, fresh, burger buns where excellent! Chicken sliders and grilled chicken was wonderful. Chocolate shakes are very good! The bathroom so nice with everything up to date. Needs more places too charge.“
“I've gotten food from here several times for the whole office and everyone has always loved it. Great sandwiches for a great value. Onion rings in particular are awesome! There's a wonderful lady behind the counter who has been so helpful and kind. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options that are all wonderful.“
“I'm surprised that I have been living in the area this long and have not been here until now! Went for the first time today and absolutely loved it. The waitress Melissa was very friendly and helpful. The vibes were as if I were at a rock bar without the drunkards. And the food was incredible! Rony made us the juiciest burgers (even better than what I was craving) and personally came to our table to ask how we were doing. 10/10, definitely recommend!“
“After the trunk or treat from the Eastchester Town Hall, the Fam went to Piper's the food is delicious, their burgers and fries are the go to. Services at their best, quick and fast, depending on the day and evening, it can be crowed and a waiting period , the area is roomy but not big, we went there for dinner; we had to wait for a table of 3 , a week later we went back for lunch and we didn't have to wait at all. It's a 50/50 chance. So yeh, give Piper's a go for some grub.“
“I've been wanting to try this place since I moved to the area, but it's never open when I'm around. I finally got to try it today for breakfast and I wasn't disappointed. Very friendly service. Quality food. Reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back.I was shocked how busy it was at 11:45 am on a weekday, but you can tell most of the customers are regulars. If people keep coming back, you must be doing something right, right?Kid-friendliness: French Toast, Waffles, and Pancakes...what else is there to say?Parking: We parked on the street, and then noticed a parking lot. Either way, seems easy to park.“
“They sprinkle magic in their food. I'm convinced.I can easily (and have) eat their truffle fries and nutella crossiant days in a row. The Simple Man is also a fave. They have some of the most creative sandwiches, all deserving of attention. Ordered through food delivery as well and it's always perfect. It's always refreshing to see people take pride in their ingredients and a desire to produce quality food for the people who enjoy it. Can't recommend The Sandwich Spot enough!“
“Super cute and fresh spot for lunch. Selection of burgers, salads, sandwiches, smoothies. Pay at the register and grab a table. Note -- it gets crowded quickly during the weekday lunch hour. I got their special fried chicken sandwich - almost like a Katsu fried chicken. Juicy and moist chicken. Avocado, slightly spicy peppers with this great bacon aioli which was amazing. Only complaint is that for a $15 sandwich there is no side. The burgers come with fries, which were cooked perfectly. The food is fresh and just beautifully constructed - you can tell that they take pride in their food. Love it here!“
“The steak sandwich was tender and very flavorful, the stinger sandwich was crispy and juicy. Everything we had was flavorful, the frosé was good too. We went on a Saturday at 7:00pm and it was basically empty in there so we got seated right away. Great low key spot for a cheap but delicious bite.“
“First off I have to start this review by saying that their food is great. Been here more than enough times to know that their food and drink is consistent and never fails. My go-to is the classic burger and my wife loves the grilled chicken dish. Fries are top notch. Service is always great. My only issue is the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Theres no sugar coating that. This is actually one of the main reasons I never became a regular. I hope they can go away from the classic pub bar bathroom vibe and tidy things up in there.“
“The best breakfast burrito. And a very cozy atmosphere with super friendly staff. Can’t ask for more! And they were open on New Year’s Day when I had to figure out my hunger.Kid-friendliness: Great family atmosphere. Well-behaved kids are welcome.“
“I went earlier today(01/15/2023), and this has become my most "NEW FAVORITE HISPANIC FOOD PLACE." The service and hospitality are extremely outstanding. The staff is patient and understanding if you're new and friendly enough to suggest some of the locals' favorites. They have some amazing specials. I loved that the staff was open to customization and embraced my creativity nature. Despite me currently visiting from Las Vegas, NV, I was blown away by the burrito I customized. Granted, it isn't my own creation, although a recreation of an already well-known burrito with accommodation due to my lactose intolerance. It still impressed me for a California style burrito to taste so flavorful without any cheese or sour cream. Even the complimentary chips and salsa were beautifully made. I can't forget about the Orchata as well. It is the best damn Orchta's I ever had! This place is definitely a locals hidden gem that wowed me away. You can tell that a lot of care and love definitely goes into each meal that is created in their kitchen, and this is rare to come by nowadays! I plan to come back before I fly out to. See you soon and keep up the marvelous work! ( :“
“I have wanted to try this restaurant for years. Finally made it to Tarrytown. The service was top notch. The atmosphere was everything I hoped it would be.The food was good and plentiful. However, I wish I had chosen something else (not their fault).Too many things to choose from.My only complaint is that they didn't have any tshirts for my size and I would have loved to have one.I wish I had more time here.“
“The atmosphere here is very warm and fun! I started coming here alone to sit on their wonderful patio and to just unwind after a long work day/week, and I have met some of the most wonderful people. The bartenders and the patrons are so friendly, social and some silly and make you feel very welcoming. When the weather is nice you can sit outside and watch the numerous hawks flying overhead which is a sight to see! Bridget and Desi are such wonderful friendly owners also. Check out the woman's bathroom and observe the beautiful fresh flowers! Food is excellent and the drinks are affordable and made perfectly by the fantastic bartenders! Whenever I am in a bad or good mood I go here and always leave extra happy :o)“
“We got a food promo 1 appetizer with 2 entrees for $25 both taste good my fave was the one the had chicken and bacon, we sat at the bar and the girl there was very nice but there was this other guy the came here and there and every time he would come to the bar side it felt like he was being very pushy with us to get drinks, which it made me feel very uncomfortable and rush to finish my food but anyway aside from that everything was good.“
“Came here for my friends birthday brunch and it was amazing. Best Italian cold cut sub I’ve had in a long time!! I want to go back and get it again. ! The truffle fries were hot and fresh and enough for three people. I highly recommend this place. Can’t wait to try the bread pudding.“
“DQ Old Tappan serves the best Chocolate and Vanilla ice cream, and their peanut butter milkshakes are simply divine. The ice cream is rich and creamy, offering a perfect balance of flavors, and the milkshakes are a peanut butter lover's dream. The service from the two young ladies were great. It was near closing so the place was clean and ready for lockdown. I recommend visiting this location for anyone craving late night cold treats.“
“"Bigg Belly never fails to impress, and this experience was no exception. The rice bowls are a delight, the salads are fresh, and the soups are comforting. Consistently delicious – a true staple for those who appreciate quality food."“
“Wonderful old school butcher shop. The owner was very nice and they cut a 3" ribeye for me. There aren't many places like this left anymore. I'll definitely be back and will be buying meat from here more often. I'm excited to try the restaurant part as well. ?? “
“After reading rave reviews for years, I just tried Grub for the first time. Very impressed overall, which can be challenging with takeout. The steamed shrimp dumplings were fabulous, with big chunks of real shrimp and a delicious dipping sauce. Ditto for the shrimp spring rolls - the sauce was sublime. The Drunken Noodles were very good, with crisp vegetables mixed with noodles that were just the right texture and not overwhelmed by the light, mild soy sauce. The only disappointment was the chicken I ordered with the noodles- it was dry and flavorless. I'll try another protein next time. This restaurant is definitely on my rotation now.“
“I ordered on Ubereats and wanted to say thank you for wrapping the sandwiches in foil to keep them warm!!! Everything was hot and fresh which has never happened for me :) they have great vegan options and the staff acknowledges what is vegan and what isn’t. One time I ordered onion rings and said I was vegan and they wrote a kind note letting me know they weren’t vegan but still sent the food which I appreciated. Atmosphere at the location is super cozy as well !!“
“Had a great time watching the playoffs here - Jake is the best server- he’s attentive, respectful, and an absolute hard worker. The food was good, there were multiple TV’s to watch, so no view was bad. The crowd was lovely and fun, and an overall good place.“
“Wasn’t sure what to expect when I stopped here for a quick dinner. Is it a sports bar? Is it a bistro tavern? It kind of has a sports bar feel when you walk in but then it leads to a compact, cozy dining room. French Onion Soup was decent. Burger was very good - fries that came with it were top notch. Service was friendly and efficient. I might stop by again if I’m in the area.“
“I sent my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are appetizing and the crew is very friendly and cooperative. always when we visit this place we enjoy a gorgeous evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.“
“Was looking on Google for a place in Yonkers to have a brunch date with a friend on Saturday December 30th. We picked Francey Brady's and glad we did. Love the neighborhood vibe & the decor. I had the omelette with Sausage, onions, cheese with home fries. My friend had the fish & chips. Food & drinks were great! Bartender (sorry forgot he name) was very attentive and loved her position energy. We also met the owner very lovely lady. We gonna definitely return soon. Highly recommend this wonderful Irish neighborhood bar. Happy New Year Francey Brady's.“
“Delicious freshly made meals, plenty of variety whether dining in or taking out and all reasonably priced. The place has an overall homey feel and friendly staff are very attentive. Love supporting this local establishment and hope it continues to thrive. Give it a go then post to let everyone know!“
“I just had the Famous Farm Burger (with cheese, lettuce, onions, ketchup, & Mayo)… I then ordered onion rings just to put them in the burger lol. This was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Onion rings were great and crispy and the fries were also great.“
“Go-to sandwich shop in Yonkers. Love the classic wedge sandwich and have to get the sausage breakfast sandwich at least once a week. Make sure you ask them to put a hash brown in the sandwich. They also serve the best iced coffee I'v had found in Yonkers. You can tell it's good because during the lunch rush it's full of construction workers and EMTs etc.“
“Santiago was a great server, he knew the menu very well, he recommended almost everything on the menu to the point we let him chose our meals and it was all wonderful. Everything was great, the service, the food came out in a timely matter, there was water ready at the table to quench our thirst. For 4 people spent $200, that's with an appetizer 2 entrees. We had a kid who had fries and someone who had a soup special and buffalo wings (they ate before getting there). No cocktails, 4 sodas; that's gratuity included. Overall, the ambiance is great, right by the train, across from the waters, plenty of parking.“
“...best gyro I've had in Yonkers by far, no lie. The chicken is also really good, also no lie. And the people who run it are really personable...no lie as well.I've heard this place has went downhill since my initial review due to new management. For the time being I would rely on more recent reviews. I will investigate for myself and update mine in the coming days.“
“A very friendly place to go for your pub food. The beers are rotated often and they run extremely good specials. I genuinely enjoyed my overall experiences but the food is only solid. The menu is smallish but it covers enough options so a large group could find happy choices. I have eaten there four times and I have sampled most of the menu via my meals and sneaking a taste from others in my party. For me the downside to the food is the lack of the little details that takes a meal from "serviceably enjoyable" to genuinely tasty. Examples: Onions were not caramelized when requested. Cheesesteaks do not make it to both ends of the bread. When crispy fries were asked for they have not been delivered half the time. Little things. But they do make a difference. Luckily, they can be easily fixed. Regardless, it has a relaxed atmosphere and it serves great beer without pretentiousness.“
“New to the area and had to find the go-to pizzeria and this place is definitely it. Perfect slices with the crust that's thick crispy outside but soft inside... Cooked right and the people here are always the nicest. Even when the girl working the counter was obviously tired and having hard working day she was still nicer then most people on their best days. ... And that garlic knots are ??“
“I went back home after years, and home too me is Spectators. If you want to really "feel" New Rochelle, you want to be at Spectators. Don't hesitate period.! Thank you Gary and Steve and all of you that my stay so great...the best always. See ya again.“
“This is a favorite place of ours. Ive never had a bad experience with food, service ir drinks other than when they run out of brisket-gotta get there as close to 4pm as possible. Superbowl sunday was AMAZING from the food to the drinks to just everything. Idk how else to say it but damn i love this place!Parking: Its indoors right next to the main entrance to the business. Space is limited, so if you live close by you're better off taking an uber there and back. I never have an issue finding a spot but as a courtesy id rather give up a parking space for someone who may live further away than me, and also get to enjoy as much of the Sangria as possible.“
“This shop and it's employees have always been amazing! They take care of you in a timely manner even when it's swamped!!I've gotten so many cakes here for different holidays and events and I'm never disappointed Even if you have to drive a little farther, come here it's worth it!“
“Quick, fast, efficient and clean. oh and burgers and fries are amazing! You go here enough and they will recognize you and learn your name.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options. Dedicated fryer for fries and no bun options, lettuce wrap or bowl.“
“Had the opportunity to have lunch from 512 today, and it was amazing Broiled baby branzino filet in a creamy caper white wine reduction sauce, served with vegetables, orzo, and broccoli rabe. Loved it! Congratulations on the new venue I will be back! 512 Bistro Restaurant“
“My son had come across this place on Google after church and of course the picky that I am with restaurants, I said, “Why not?” He had the burger and I had the BLTA and everything was delicious, even the sweet potato fries. Shakes are phenomenal! Creamsicle took me back when I used to eat the ice cream!!?? The thing that really impressed me was the 80s music playing. Some places we’ve gone to, it’s either quiet or tv is blaring. Me, I grew up in that era so as I was eating, I was singing along to the songs. We will definitely return! Thank you for the great food and excellent service!❤️ “
“Great to return to The Turning Point, this time for Bill Kirchen (played with Commander Cody years ago) bringing his rockin' show to Piermont, NY. Easy to park across the street( big lot by the pier and condo complex). Kim was my witness and a delight, best service. Small comfortable room for listening and dinner if you want. Me. Just needed some tasty salsa and chips! Great time was had@“
