“Went there today for the first time with my wife, I had the 10 West burger, so delicious, cooked perfectly and the burger was huge, just the right number of toppings and the bacon jam hit it out of the park. The sweet potato fries were excellent and enough for two people. The chips that come with the burger were also good. My wife had the regular burger with no cheese and an order of regular fries. She really enjoyed it and said it was cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly, the owner, Mel, greeted us, took our order and chatted with us while our order was being prepared. We were given a little disc that lit up and vibrated when the order was ready to be picked up at the counter. One of the best burgers around! A little pricy, but definitely worth it! We'll be going back for another delicious mouthwatering experience!“

“We went to the Applebee's in New Rochelle today. We were met by Warren who is one of the managers. He was friendly and took us to our table. We explained about a problem that we had at Applebee's at 815 Hutchinson River Parkway at the beginning of July. He apologized and said that the incident would not happen here. He then introduced us to Mariama who was our waitress. She introduced herself to us and was very friendly and efficient. She took our orders and everything came out perfectly. She stayed attentive the entire time. When it came time for the check Warren brought it and comped the entire meal and drinks. We told him that it wasn't necessary, but he insisted. “Great experience! Servers were very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is clean and nice. Food took a little bit to come out but considering quality burger freshly made- good enough time. It's not a fast food.

Personally fries were bit heavily seasoned but if you enjoy your salt, it is good! Very flavorful.

“Great Shake Shack! I stopped here for dinner not too long ago, and I have no complaints. Plenty of parking out front, and tons of seating inside. The kiosk ordering was quick and efficient, and the food came our very quick. Not to mention, the employees were spectacular! One of the workers was even coming around to every table offering sauce packets and napkins. I tried the big shack, which was delicious, and my shake and fries were also amazing. The inside is clean and modern, with a bunch of seating, as I mentioned before. There is also outdoor seating. The thing I love about all Shake Shacks is that they always have a free water dispenser and cups. This is super convenient so that you don't have to pay extra for a drink. A great place to stop for a quick and delicious meal.“

“Really good place, got the mixed sandwich and it was a really good price and tasted great. Hummus and pita are good. Chicken platter also good.

She knew the menu front to back and recommended all her favorites, she recommended the bourbon bacon burger, it was so delicious I felt like we were sharing mouths in an intimate moment.
