After going to a local store to buy the product, it was an obvious production mistake when the bottle was plastic sealed but no cork. I just informed the customer support about that and they offer a new bottle. Not only did they do that, they also sent a sample size of other ones. The Clock Tower is an excellent place for a reunion; we started out in the (spacious) bar section, then moved to their dining room, which we had reserved in advance for just us. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly, the waitress was wonderful, and the food was delicious. Thank you for a great experience!“
