After going to a local store to buy the product, it was an obvious production mistake when the bottle was plastic sealed but no cork. I just informed the customer support about that and they offer a new bottle. Not only did they do that, they also sent a sample size of other ones. The Clock Tower is an excellent place for a reunion; we started out in the (spacious) bar section, then moved to their dining room, which we had reserved in advance for just us.
