“This is by far the best plate in Rochester!! The garbage plate wrap is AMAZING! They also have a sauce called panther sauce that elevates the plate! The only suggestion I have is they need to figure out the phone situation. I feel like they unplug the phones on purpose so they don’t have to take more orders. This makes it hard when wanting to order ahead, we have to drive there and hope for the best when it comes to a wait time. Other then that I HIGHLY recommend!“

“Sunday brunch on the Erie Canal before heading for the Syracuse Crunch vs. Rochester Americans hockey game. Great service by Maggie, who is very friendly. The ham/cheese omelette was delicious as was my wife's all-american breakfast. Look forward to dining here again soon.“

“During my recent stay at the Hilton Hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing the bartending services at their stunning garden bar. The ambiance of the tranquil setting was enhanced by the remarkable skills of their bartender, Jeff.Moreover, their ability to engage with guests, and making you feel welcomed. He walked me through his years of experience with the hotel and it was quite comforting.“

“Excellent place to get frozen yogurt, whether stopping in or staying to sit and eat.The frozen yogurt menu is diverse and mostly ever-changing, but with returning familiar flavors.The building is quite clean, well-lit, usually very quiet, and not often very busy.The staff are not that friendly but are nice, mostly taking their job somewhat or quite seriously, depending on who is at the register or around the store when visiting.“

“Although the food was good, I found the establishment lacking in baby/kid-friendly amenities. There was no changing table, so I had to change my one-year-old on the bathroom floor. Additionally, the cashier was less than ideal/accommodating and didn’t explain where to get our drink cups or that we needed to pick up our bakery item ourselves. We had to return to ask these questions multiple times, which was quite frustrating

“Took my mom there for her 80th birthday, she loved the scallops, as did I as she shared one with me. My son and I had the Korean Short Rib which tasted great and pretty much melted in our mouths.. We finished up with a pear and blackberry sorbe that was really good. The waitress and staff took good care of us and overall a really nice dinner experience.“
