“It was my first time coming into playa bowls Merrick and I was helped by Alicia and Quin they had amazing customer service. I was confused by the huge selection of açaí bowls and had many questions and they were happy to answer them with no hesitation.I eventually chose my açaí bowl and it was very flavorful filled with fresh fruit and delicious. “I’m here at least once a week, it’s the best açaí of the local places….not freezer burned, not sweet but not bitter either and the consistency is scoop-able and great. Been coming for years! The product is super fresh. Different locations have different products like lunch items, the smaller locations tend to focus on breakfast. They have a young staff all really nice. Highly recommend.“

“Daisy from Sobol is beyond the best cashier I have ever come across. The first night I came in at about 6:53 just 7 mins before closing and she said she just cashed out so she made one on the house for me. Booster!!! Then I came in yesterday on my bday June 4th 1986 / 2025 and she gave me my second bowl on the house. I can’t express the amount of gratitude I have for Daisy bc she’s the bomb.com. I had a problem with my doordash order (door dashes fault not Sobols) and Lauren and Felicia quickly resolved it and remade my order after my doordash driver dropped it and it exploded all over the bag. “WOW ! I ordered a classic acai bowl and strawberry/banana smoothie. Both were so fresh and great tasting. The store is so clean and everyone there is so sweet and helpful . I will be returning .“

“Swirl Bliss Frozen Yogurt is officially my new favorite froyo spot! The shop is clean, comfortable, and has the perfect welcoming vibe. The staff was super friendly and patient while I sampled flavors, and every recommendation was on point. The toppings bar was fresh and fully stocked, and the yogurt itself was creamy, flavorful, and not overly sweet.

On top of that, the seating area is bright, comfy, and actually a nice place to sit and enjoy the vibe instead of rushing out. You can tell they care about the customer experience. “I absolutely love Sol Bol and visit every time I’m in town. Today was extra special because Sofia & Annie went above and beyond to make sure myself, my daughters and family had the best experience. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and they made each bowl perfect!! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting açaí bowls with a twist and lots of flavors to chose from. “Im glad we have this location and the acai is usually fine but the service is not that great. I had placed an order online and When I arrived nothing was ready. She then seemed upset at me that she hadn’t made the bowl when it was her error. I wasn’t upset or anything, I just waited and said thank you and got no response. She didn’t say one word and as a service industry employee I think communication is important.“
