“I’m here at least once a week, it’s the best açaí of the local places….not freezer burned, not sweet but not bitter either and the consistency is scoop-able and great. Been coming for years! The product is super fresh. Different locations have different products like lunch items, the smaller locations tend to focus on breakfast. They have a young staff all really nice. “I discovered healthy meals direct on a whim as they opened a location near me and I’ve been on a health journey for the last two years and dying for more options local. I was super excited about the grab and go as I work a hectic schedule and never have time to meal prep. I’m a bariatric patient so I love having the calories set out for me. Over the last two years I’ve lost 180lbs and this gives me a great guide to help stay on track with my diet and maintain my weight. My reasoning for 4 stars falls only due to buying a couple grab and go frozen overnight oats. Upon returning home, I noted a couple, especially the peanutbutter and jelly already had freezer burn. Not sure if it’s a packing issues, or what happened as it wasn’t past the best by date. I didn’t get the chance to call them or go in and give them it to try and return due to a busy schedule so I just defrosted it and ate it anyway, taste was only slightly effected so it wasn’t the biggest deal considering they were BOGO anyway. Overall this place has been a shinning light for me and my health journey so far, I even got my boyfriend to stop in and pick some up for work every day! Thankyou HMD for making it so easy to make the right food choices!“

“I love this location! This location has very friendly staff, clean, and most of all, DELICIOUS food and smoothies! I have ordered from Garden City location a couple of times and weirdly my stomach felt weird after drinking their smoothies. I gave this location a try since I live by it, and I have had NO ISSUES with their food or smoothies! Needless to say, I’m there at least 2 times a week!! “Went there for the first time yesterday. I got the spinach lentil soup, salmon bowl (spinach and broccoli) and a wheat grass shot. The salmon was cooked well, not hard and tasty, maybe a lil bit more seasoning but not a deal breaker as they provide salt and pepper. I was in and out. I would go back.“
