“This Place is the SPOT for BBQ. If someone tells you, you live in NY and know nothing of BBQ eat here and you will know all you ever need to know. BBQ Done and served RIGHT. Pork is pulled to order and in front of you! Pulled pork was fantastic. Ribs were better. Prices for what you get were cheap. This is high quality food and an whole lot of it. BBQ sauce is excellent“

“If you want a place to go eat with dirty hands this is the one! Bathroom is always closed but there’s an alley not too far away. You can tell management really cares about the customer experience when they keep the bathroom closed from customers. And they even have tables, that alone would be a health department violation(tables without a working bathroom) but who has time to call them anyway? I think the stuff here is delicious but it could also be the flavor from the last customer on the door handle so who knows?“

“We have loved Young's Farms over the past 40 years- great fresh produce, delicious breads, soups and baked goods and you can always find something unique and special in the home goods. The staff is so attentive and friendly. Last week, add to that list my interaction with Stella, who is fairly new to the Farm. So friendly and sweet. “Delicious! The Lunch Bento Box is huge and very reasonably priced for all that you get. 1st you are served a small mixed greens salad with a very tasty homemade ginger dressing. Next was a bowl of miso soup, also very good. Then a beautiful leaf shaped dish arrived with the most delicious full sized sushi roll. We had the vegetable tempura roll that had tempura broccoli, zucchini and sweet potato in it. After that course, the actual Bento box arrived with sliced NY strip steak teriyaki. Cooked perfectly. There was also a portion of white rice, 3 shumai pieces and if that wasn't enough: there was also a section with tempura shrimp, pumpkin, zucchini and sweet potato. Needless to say we walked out of here stuffed and very satisfied. The price was extremely reasonable for ALL that you get and everything was tasty and fresh. Definitely worth going to. And the restaurant has a very calming decor.“

“My daughter and I happened upon this place and we were so happy we did! Chris (not sure if he was the owner or not) was super helpful since we have food allergies. He made my daughter a cotton candy milkshake which she absolutely devoured. I had a flavored coffee which was delicious. From the black and white checkered floor to the murals on the walls, the vintage looking tables and chairs to the fun gelato display case (which was nice and low for little ones to be able to choose from) the decorated garage door which let in so much light to the retro cola display fridge, everything was so well thought out and just a lot of fun. Kudos to them for a really great place, definitely go visit!“

Randy the owner is not only the nicest guy but a fantastic chef! He and his wife run the business. I had his brisket (at his insistence!) Delicious! Sweet potatoes and collard greens. Customer next to me raved about the banana pudfing so I added that too. All 5 star!!! Very happy I took the chance on a place in a gas station!!“

“I went to Beach BBQ and satisfied would be an understatement. Upon arrival I was greeted by staff at hat engaged as if we were family or old friends. I reviewed the menu and settled on the Dragon Glazed Salmon Mac and cheese and candied yams. The meal and service was superb. I highly recommend this spot ! Don’t walk Run to this restaurant!!“

“This is one of my favorite breweries in the area, maybe even on all of Long Island, and we spend a lot of time at breweries!
I love the little outdoor area. There are umbrellaed picnic tables, adirondack chairs, and simple cocktail tables with chairs.
The beer is really good. There is always a variety from IPAs to belgiums and fruities. I believe 8 choices. Now I also see cocktails on their menu. Though as much as I am a vodka martini fan, if I can have a good beer, I always opt for the beer. But, I just overheard the guy from Sand City Brewery commenting to Melissa the bar tender, that she makes the best cocktails. So you can't not have a good night here!
My fav this summer is the Summer Seance. Its a hazy double IPA that is not too sweet, not too hoppy, and not heavy. I have never been disappointed by any of their beers.
Lindenhurst train station is walking distance. And we order food from down the road and eat at the picnic tables. Very nice evening!“
