“I don’t know what anyone else says about Panera but since living in Fairfield Connecticut and going there for lunch I think it’s absolutely delicious and then moving back home to Stamford where is my hometown I went to that Panera bread which is a pretty new one and I can say again that I’m addicted ti their food no matter what I get especially the BLT and the one one with the chicken BLT or tiger soups . The staff is wonderful always helpful and friendly. I won’t be leaving this place anytime soon . Like Tony the Tiger says : it’s great ….“

My daughter Victoria and I stopped by this Olive Garden at 1246 Old Country Road, and we had a wonderful experience. Our server, Ariana, was excellent—very attentive, friendly, and professional. The manager, Margarita, was also amazing and made sure everything was perfect.
The food was delicious and came out very fast, which we truly appreciated. We enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and the outstanding attention we received throughout our visit.
We definitely will be coming back. Highly recommended!“

“What a pleasant surprise. The outside doesn’t look like much. But the inside was really new & modern looking. The food was really good. It was a crowd pleaser with all the different Asian choices. All of our kids favorites. We didn’t do hamachi this time but it looked like a lot of fun from the other tables. We’ll definitely be back. Our tummies are happy & full.“

“An absolute and unexpected fantastic experience. The high quality food was freshly prepared and the service was so polite and friendly. They really understand takeout and pack the sauces and liquids separately so the food doesn't become soggy. The sushi and sashimi are prepared to order but they are very efficient and the wait time is not so long. Mizu is a huge step up from the usual asian takeout. It's restaurant quality.“

“I'm definitely not a sandwich person. But this place hits the mark every time. Its my 1st time ordering from Syosset location have always ordered from Hicksville but the seem to stop delivering to my area. Back to the sandwich. I always try something different, this time I tried the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and it did not disappoint. A sandwich is always last or mostly not even an option for me but this place makes me think about having a sandwich more often than I ever have. So good and consistent I had to leave a review even though I order from the Hicksville on the times before“

“A nice place to go for a coffee or a bite to eat. Mon. through Fri. during the afternoon hours there is a woman working who takes care of the coffee among her other duties. Panera is lucky to have her. She is always working hard and the coffee is always fresh and tasty. She is also friendly and personable with the customers . Just hope the management know what a gem they have in her.“

“They make a really good sandwich here. Delicious traditional (and several imaginative) sandwiches round out a nice menu of choices that also includes salads. The Country Fried Chicken sandwich and the Cuban sandwich are excellent and portions seemed generous. My other half and I split a Country Fried Chicken sandwich on one visit and it was the perfect lunch.

Though there is limited seating, this is a take-out place, albeit mid- to high-end take-out (think Diner Boys). It is not inexpensive, but then you're not eating Jersey Mike's or Subway sandwiches here; while the dining area here is similar to those type of places, the quality, taste and style of these sandwiches are well above them. We felt the pricing was a bit high for what is a primarily take-out place, but we plan to go back to see about the raves on the Philly Cheese Steak and the Crispy Chicken alla Vodka, which we didn't try on our initial visit.

One thing to note if you don't order ahead: you'll wait longer than you might expect, especially for sandwiches like the fried chicken, which is obviously prepared fresh when ordered. We came at a completely quiet time (7:20p), and were just about to the point of asking when we'd get our order when it came out.

While the service was fine for counter service, we didn't experience the same level of service some reviews here have mentioned; it was simply a counter transaction.

Parking is street parking only, and is limited; we got there just in time to get one last available space on Merrick Rd directly in front of the business (there is a fire hydrant there, which limits the storefront to about 3 spaces). While there were a couple of spaces available on the side street, that was about all there was. I don't think I'd want to have to try parking there or crossing against traffic during rush hour, when this section of Merrick Road is jammed.“

“During my time in town training with my guide dog, I visited Panera Bread at least four times and was impressed every visit. The staff was warm and attentive, the food was fresh and delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. I was extremely happy with the experience and highly recommend it!“

“Amazing staff, Dema at the front is amazing with customers and he does everything he can to take the best care of his customers. I have young kids and it’s just so easy to stop by for a few slices at a good price, especially with today’s economy. I alway cater from them for birthdays or any party and all my guests, from kids to adults love the food. Can’t go wrong with Franks 😃😋😋💕“

“The food always comes out good here compared to other Chinese restaurants. I ask for extra spicy and they make it well. They make everything fast, which is helpful when you go to pick up during work. Staff at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming ?“

“food is amazing- however I had a very unpleasant experience. One of the first few times I ordered delivery from them I was about to give my card number and I just picked the card up from my lap and while I was doing that the lady yelled into my ear "hellooo" it was a loud and long hello and i apologized, it was just one split second and I just can't believe the impatience someone can have if they're in the customer service business.If your going to ask if the customer if there still there just do it politely. I love the food here and this establishment just learn some manners please.“
