“Friendly service, but they are always so overwhelmed. There's always a crazy line and often only one person working the line. I feel bad for them because they're always nice regardless but yeah there's often a crazy wait time and you can't order ahead at this location.“
“I was travelling from out of state and stopped to grab a venti hot tea at the Plattsburgh Starbucks on 359 Cornelia St. Two days later, home in Massachusetts I realized I had left my wallet on the dairy bar. I called the store a few minutes before closing and sure enough Lindsay , the store manager had my wallet, in tact, and was kind enough to take the time to run to the post office and overnight it to me the next day. Lindsay went over and above regular customer service and showed her workers the life lesson the importance of kindness. I am so grateful I landed in Lindsay's store that day. Barbara M“
