“You would think the food would be consistent from one PF Chang's to another but this is not the case.
We have been to many PF Chang's in many different states and we agree, the food in this location was by the far the best that we have had at any location. Our server was great. The only disappointment was the men's bathroom was nasty with urine on the floor and paper towels in the urinals. I mentioned this to the bartender who said they would take care of it right away. I saw the manager go to check it out but even a half hour later nothing had been done to correct it.“

“Decided to stop by after driving by on my way home from work. I have often passed this location and wanted to stop by and I am glad I did. I was drawn in by the inviting decor and clean interior. Cuisine is tasty traditional Chinese served in a contemporary setting. I opted for take out as I was on my way home but will definitely dine in to enjoy the sit down experience next time. I took home their sesame tofu with white rice. Takeout is carefully packaged and prepared with the diner in mind. (A much appreciated upgrade from typical restaurants that just throw your dish in a container and toss it in a bag for you.) The menu has classic favorites as well as some more trendy takes on popular dishes. Definitely an upgrade from your typical Chinese restaurant. Come check this place out! 🤩🤩🤩“

“After years of eating at all the local spots (Bamboo Garden, Peking, and New Great Wall) I can honestly say this is the BEST Chinese food I’ve had in White Plains. The extra drive is absolutely worth it. Portions are “old school” big, prices run about $2 to $3 less than other places, and they always throw in something extra for free. The egg rolls taste just like the ones you remember as a kid, and the boneless spare ribs were superb (IMO). My wife, who usually gets headaches when MSG is used, had no issues here, which says a lot. Just a heads up that it’s cash only and they don’t deliver, but honestly, that’s no big deal when you can eat this well without it costing an arm and a leg!“

“My family is affectionately referring to this establishment as Happy Accident. We thought we were headed to a sit down and were bummed to find its a carry out... until we got into our food. These guys are excellent at what they do!! The food had full flavor profiles and were so well priced that we each got two entrees and ate for two days. They have a wide menu and offer vegetarian options. Despite having just a small lobby to take orders the atmosphere was wonderful because we could watch the kitchen work. “I discovered this Chinese restaurant one day when I was in Port chester doing some shopping and going to the movies. I've been here a number of times now. It's along Westchester Avenue where there is a selection of various cuisines.The food is delicious and it's not greasy. I love the rice, its bright yellow and full of flavor. The chicken used in the sesame and general tso are fried just right and not too hard. I personally don't eat Chinese all the time and when I do I usually stand outdoors while my food cooks because you can smell the heavy grease inside and down the street. But at Panda I'm able to stand inside to wait for my food because it doesn't smell. This is a cash only place so make sure you have plenty. The man behind the counter is nice and he speaks Spanish which is nice for the customers that visit. Its not a place really to stay long and eat because there's 4 tables. I take my food to go. They also do not deliver.

“Haven’t had take out Chinese in so long and honestly New China was really good. Egg drop soup was spot on satisfying, crispy noodles were not stale, delicious Singapore noodles and shrimp chow mein. Food for several meals as portions are generous and reasonably priced. It’s more of a storefront than restaurant so not a place to go eat a meal but I’d order take out again without issue. Plenty of parking in the lot out back.“

I’m a native Brooklynite & I’ve been living in White Plains for about 2 years and I am very picky when it comes to Chinese restaurants. But this place here reminded me of the place I grew up going to back in East New York. We got the Fried Chicken with Pork fried rice (duh) 10/10! Chicken was seasoned well and crispy too :) the Boneless Spare Ribs were my favorite! The flavor was phenomenal. I’m getting it again the next time I order which will probably be soon LOL. I prefer the short 5-6 min drive to here vs. the 3-4 min walk to the spot closer to home because of the taste and quality.
