“Just moved to the area from Colorado, and I’m so happy to have found this gem right away. First visit I got pistachio ice cream which was 10/10. Second visit I got a peanut butter milkshake that was so incredible I had to immediately post a review to rave about it. 15/10. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t give a higher recommendation for those looking for a little sweet treat!“
“I love, love Bailey's! Bernie the owner is the nicest person and ALWAYS gives everyone a smile and great customer service. His staff are nice and so helpful and really give out nice size portions of ice cream. Great shakes, Gifford's Ice Cream (my favorite peanut butter pie),homemade soft serve, sundaes and flurries with fruity pebbles and cocoa crisis and so many others to pick from. My go to place for ice cream. Yum yum!!!!“

“Love this place and love the ice cream don’t get much better than this love the staff super nice love the remodeling the building was great before but I didn’t realize how much it really needed the update. The portions are great size and the staff is and was always a great help. I always enjoyed that they had food so you could eat before the ice cream. I loved the old owner but I absolutely enjoyed the upgrade that the shop got. If you’re looking for a good ice cream and friendly people come here. The scenery is great and i love how secluded the spot is and it’s in such a cute town. If there were one thing I would change that would be the parking area. I wish the parking was bigger because of how busy it can get. This is very special place to most and to me as well so thank you to the new owner for keeping the tradition going. Overall I believe this is the best ice cream experience I have ever had.
Kid-friendliness: The kids will love the ice cream and enjoy the open space
Wheelchair accessibility: Awesome for people with limited movement my grandpa was able to go here even when he was dying so I do recommend“

“5-star ice cream. I drive here from Buffalo just to get ice cream, and I honestly wish they were closer, seeing as how I can rarely make it out towards Syracuse.
I’ve politely mentioned my suggestion of a closer location to the staff of these Syracuse Carvels, but they have always immediately shrugged it off.
Compare that to Rita’s Ices in Rochester, which always has the best service of any ice cream shop I’ve ever been to, and at least kindly tells me that they’ll think about it.
I don’t know any store around here that sells dry ice. I can’t transport a whole ice cream cake back home, it’ll melt on the way back! I haven’t been able to enjoy a fresh Fudgie The Whale cake. ?
But anyways, my main concern with this specific location is parking. The lot is waaaaaay too small for a whole plaza of stores. There’s like 8 stores in a plaza with 15 parking spots. I would imagine I’ll probably need to park in the Tops parking lot in the future, just to visit this store for an ice cream cone. (And I would have to walk across a busy intersection, as well!)
The problematic parking lot often dissuades me from visiting this location, and I end up going to the Brewerton Road location more often than not.
Of course, there’s constantly crazed Dunkin Donuts drivers in that Brewerton parking lot trying to do 30 in a 5 MPH lot…but considering I drive so far for a cup of soft serve, I’ll take what I can get. ?“

“A village staple. Always good ice cream but They got rid of the large menus/photos in the windows so you can’t really see what to order until you’re at the window. This makes the line so much slower than it used to be. This used to be a really efficient place but it’s super slow and a little disorganized.“

“My husband and I love Perry's Ice Cream. Although Hilltop Ice Cream no longer carries the almond milk non-dairy vanilla or cookies and cream flavors they do have a nice lemon sorbet. Catching up with neighbors as you enjoy your chosen flavor adds human interaction to the experience. I recommend the queen of hearts, my husband loves white lightning, both are dark chocolate bases. In the stores you can't beat orange dark chocolate twist or bittersweet symphony. ??“
