The guy who works there has been there forever & he's always super nice. I was stressed out - my first time inside an ice cream store since the pandemic started. The store is set up to deal with the situation - masks are required, the floors are marked with lines & arrows to move people in one direction. The area between the customers & food is blocked with plastic sheets allowing visibility. The food workers all had masks & gloves on. I felt safe ordering. I was surprised there weren't more customers there but it looks like they're pretty busy - so happy to see that. I'm looking forward to returning for more!“

“Classic American food! Burger and fries. Sid’s is an ideal spot for a delicious burger with some Cajun-seasoned fries. Good customer service and I received my food fairly quickly.You don't need McDonald's when you have Sid’s. I do recommend trying their brownies as a finisher. I will return for more awesome food.“

We love their selection of foods because it reminds us of food from her home country. We love their Kvass and Syrok and sunflower seeds. We also love their freshly made salads. All of the flavors we've tried have been great, and they are ready for pick up or delivery pretty quickly.I would avoid the Lemon Cheesecake flavor though. Everything is about $6 a piece on average and definitely worth it! The cookies for me would be the reason to go back. Holy canoli theyre huge and soft and so so tasty.“

We stopped in about 20 minutes before closing and we're lucky enough to sit in their small eating area and enjoy a pana cotta and some other baked goods we took home. Initially I wanted some gelato but after seeing the baked goods I switched. They have lots of options and the next time in the area we will go back for dessert, maybe gelato.“

There are certain standards that 16 Handles has in their franchise agreement and these guys are clueless. Please sell the store back to the old owners and restore the great frozen yogurt experience that used to be here. The one extra star is here because the one guy behind the counter is genuinely nice.“
