“Seems the pandemic is truly over, and the goodwill towards all those people who helped keep the restaurant open is now gone. They've gotten so full of themselves lately that they wont even take an order over the phone from a weekly customer. And when you call, they will let the phone ring for awhile, pick up, put you on hold for an extended period of time, then just hang up. I guess they're so successful now that their regular and supportive customers are not their priority. SO FUCKEM....THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER RESTAURANTS THAT CAN USE THE BUSINESS...AND HOPEFULLY THEY LOSE CUSTOMERS WITH THIS NEW ATTITUDE. AGAIN, F*** THEM!!“

““More than just pub food” should be this places slogan. I like seeing the same staff and the food is fantastic - way better than what pub food should be. Never had an issue with food or drinks, more than I can say about most places in White Plains.
It’s also within walking distance of our house which gives it a very European “our pub” feel.
That said, they do charge 3.5% for using a card which is annoying as it feels they’re double dipping. 3.5% interchange has always been there, only in recent years are they passing it to customers.
Our trips here have dwindled a bit because of this.“

“Found this place browsing for "pool table bar". Found this little gem. Has a nice pool table and other games. It is located on a quiet street in downtown stamford. Medium size and has an open area patio in the back. Overall a nice quiet bar. Ordered food which was way better than what I had expected, actually very good. Will go back for the calamaris and freshly cut homemade french fries.“

“Excellently prepared entrees. Most of the time when they ask how you want your burgers cooked they tend to come out improper but this was perfect and as ordered. Thick cut fries with crispy exterior and soft inner core that came straight from the fryer. Plenty of indoor or outdoor seating. Friendly and prompt service. Outdoor seating has pleasant music from the speakers. Probably could have used a bit more for sides but overall very good experience. Would recommend for your pub food needs.“
