I got a crème brûlée brown sugar milk tea today and didn’t get any pearls… which I thought were included per the app. Might be wrong though. I should’ve checked my online order before leaving but no problem, my love for gongcha is still the same.“

They have WiFi, which is honestly one of the main reasons I come here. I bring my laptop, grab a drink, and can study for hours without feeling rushed or crowded. It’s peaceful, and the atmosphere makes it easy to focus. It almost feels like having your own private study lounge.

The tea itself is really good. I’ve tried a few different bubble tea flavors and they’ve all good, not overly sweet unless you want them to be. And surprisingly, the mozzarella sticks are also really good. Crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside, and perfect as a snack while studying.“

John and his staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the event. They provided us with a private area for the team, while the parent guests were comfortably seated in another section.

It’s a craving of mine all the time. My top two drinks are of course the Bubble Tea and The Apple Tea with Fresh Pulp. I go here so often the young man already knows my orders. They’re polite and very welcoming. We always enjoy coming here our whole family does. If it were up to me I’d be here every day it’s just so good and refreshing! We also recommend The Black Tiger Milk & The Peach Tea all these drinks in a large of course. The only thing I recommend from the Mr wish chain is to get into catering cause I’d have them for every event.

“I want to say this regard to others' reviews. I think they had some eletric problems in the kitchen more than a month ago, but now they should have them fixed already. As foods-wise, the owners decided not to serve foods after 6pm, is because not whole of people would order them after 6pm.

The reason for four stars is because that the staff doesn't clean the tables and floors in the front when the owners aren't there, especially they aren't that busy at certain times of the day.“

“My favorite ramen in the area! Something about their broth is much tastier and flavorful than the other ramen places I've had in the area. Visited twice already and ordered delivery and the ramen consistently good. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the bubble tea. I got the matcha milk tea and it didnt taste good. The pearls were very bland and too hard for my liking. Always get bubble tea at a designated bubble tea place 😆“

Location: it is located inside Baychester Mall. It is kinda tricky to find. It is on the second floor and almost at the end near JC Penney entrance. There is no seating inside.

Service: I just ordered and go, no interaction.

Food: I went here twice and I ordered Tiger Pearl Milk Tea. First time I ordered it with regular sugar and I felt like it was too sweet so the next time I went I ask for 50% sugar and it was amazing! The boba is soft and chewy, they cooked it perfectly!

Price rating: 7 out of 10. Almost $8 for a large
