“Classic diner - a bit dated but that’s part of its charm. Food was excellent- pancakes and omelet - thumbs up - big serving. Crunchy hash browns just like we asked for. Service was ok, it must have been the end of his day because he never came back to refill the coffee. Table next to us had two noisy kids.“

I have been getting great meals from there for years, but last night was the first time I have ordered a burger from there, along with 2 good friends, and the burgers blew us away, along with the fries, being cooked to perfection. We have never had such thick burgers before at any diner ever, and they were so tasty and cooked to perfection. The onion rings were also excellent. A special thank you to the night manager, Manny for your service which went above and beyond! “Fast Service and seating even when the parking lot is full..(the sit and wait method will grab you a space fastest) the staff is always friendly. The Crab Cake Benedict is one of the best we've ever had and it's a hard dish to get right to the point it's the only place we have it now...the Crab is real Crab and a plentiful portion, the Apple French Toast is another favorite. We've eaten here many times and was always pleased with the portions and quality..They have good deserts too and also serve liquor (drinks). The Restaurant is Newer / Modern and the bathrooms are always clean. Definitely a place you'd enjoy eating at!“

“This is a small diner. We went there at 4 pm on a Saturday afternoon. It is really cozy inside. I ordered Lemon Soup and a bacon cheeseburger. My friend got Lemon Chicken and Potatoes, Greek style. The portions were very large. The lemon soup was amazing. The lemon chicken was so juicy and flavorful. My Bacon Cheeseburger was really good. The bacon was huge and roll was really perfect. So delicious. Then we ended with cheesecake. It was a great meal and not that expensive. Thanks guys, we had a good time.“

“My fave burger 🍔 from here is the backyard burger but last 3 times I’ve ordered it’s not the same. Normally does not come with lettuce and tomato and now it does. The chipotle sauce is now weak and the bun has change. Please bring back the original version it was perfect.“

“We've been passing this place for over 20 years on our trip to New York and never had a chance to stop by... WE MISSED A LOT! We specifically decided on dining at the Omega Diner tonight and the good thing we did! We met there at 7 pm for a family dinner with our son who moved to New York. Kind of a half way between or PA home and his place in NY. The place wasn't very busy. We were sitted right away. The waiter was with us in less than a minute, and in another few minutes we were served our water, seltzer and hot tea. The waiter took our order, advising on what is good and what he would recommend. Great guy! Very friendly, very patient, very customer oriented. My wife got her cream of turkey soup in another few minutes. At that point I added the matzoh ball soup for myself. It was served right away. It looked so good that my son took it from me! I ordered another portion of it and asked to get me an additional bowl to split it. Well, in a few minutes it was served with extra bowl full of additiina steaming broth. This soup tasted very-very good. And the size of that matzoh ball!!! It was of the size of a baseball ⚾️ !!! Yes, and my wife's cream of turkey soup - delicious!!! We did not even want to eat anything else after that but... we already ordered our main meals... Well, everything was served fast and tasted great. My Omega club sandwich (recommended by the waiter) - delicious, Omega appetizers - perfect, deluxe cheeseburger - very nice, baked mix seafood for my wife - tasty and nicely presented, looking very appealing. Obviously, at least half of all this went home with us... We needed room for the sweets. Cappuccino, chocolate chip cookie, chocolate cheesecake - all was great, presentable and delicious! And all this for under $90 (plus tip of course) for the party of four! In today's world this is a pretty good deal! Especially, with such a great service, clean and nicely designed and maintained place and nice portions sizes! We will definitely come back to this place again. They have so many interesting and appealing items on their menu that we want to try...“

“I love trying new places to eat so this was no different. Ordered scrambled eggs with three meats and toast. The breakfast was excellent and cooked how I had requested. Also ordered iced coffee which was good, not strong but had a fresh taste. What made me give this place the 4 stars is the cake we ordered, the tiramisu was stale and had an old taste to it, did not enjoy it, my partner’s cheesecake wasn’t terrible but wasn’t the best, at $6.50 a slice this knocked this eatery’s stat one star down. The place was busy being it was Sunday morning and we never got water service until we had to ask for water, not a huge deal. Place is comfortable and love the seating arrangements which are booths which offer privacy. Overall food seems tasty here but stay away from the cakes or have the cake and mention it to the manager if it has a stale taste.“

“It is a tradition old time confectionary shop you just don’t see anymore. You don’t even need a menu everything is deckhouse. Their breakfasts foods are my ultimate faves but it’s all good. Their ice creams and homemade chocolate is like no other. The self distancing and mask 😷 rules are practiced to the maximum. Very safe place to eat inside. Very self distanced.“

“What a very pleasant surprise in an otherwise ugly area! While this Flushing mall has seen better days, Uncle Bill's is a clean and clearly well kept and the decor is not the torn vinyl benches and dirty walla typical of New York diners. The staff were very courteous, friendly, attentive and engaging. The menu is standard breakfast items, but the food was very host, fresh, fast and flavorful! Breakfast came with free coffee... does anyone else do that anymore? And the coffee was actually good, not burnt and bitter! So 2 eggs and protein with hash, toast, and coffee was 13.90 after taxes. Note: 0.55 added if you don't pay cash.
