While on vacation we decided to patronize this establishment with 80 years of history. We stocked up on vegetarian friending fresh pasta and frozen prepared meals.

The staff were friendly and willing to engage in conversation. We purchased quite a few items and will update our review after we have had a change to try them all.“

“I've ordered all kinds of weird pizza abominations from them and they've always done a good job and not judged me. 4 stars instead of 5 because one time my boyfriend ordered garlic on his pizza and they gave him SO much garlic on that pizza that it stank up our entire house and gave him garlic breath for 2 straight days. Just an inappropriate amount of garlic.“

“I have 12 years in hospitality industry.
Grew up in the area, Pizzatini was around all my life,
got delivery here and there, quality was always good.
Moved away to MA; had kids came back.
Life is full circle. Walked in randomly after 10+ years and the quality of service I got was insane.
The man behind the counter (whom I suspect is the owner) has left the only positive impression on me since I’ve moved back. A simple gesture that he probably doesn’t realize he did just gained him a customer for life.

“Great food but terrible customer service I absolutely love your restaurant the food is amazing! But honestly, some of your staff could really use hospitality training. There’s no reason I should be leaving upset just because an employee didn’t want to serve me over something as small as extra gravy. Without customers, there wouldn’t even be a business, so the service needs to reflect that.“
