“Arguably the best and most convenient location in the city of Poughkeepsie. Located on the Main Street corridor this Dunkin Donuts is quite visible, its position accessible via both the east and west arterial highways.Stocks a variety of coffees and teas in addition to many other beverages. Also the go-to spot for pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and Dunkin nibbles.Opens at 6am and currently closes at 10pm. Hours may vary due to the current challenges associated with the pandemic.Services include phone and online orders for expediency of in-store pickup, service protection barriers, dining in (limited amount of customer), and outdoor seating. There is abundant parking, courteous and efficient staff and access to restrooms. Great location.“

“While driving to my parents so my 4 month old son spend time with his grandparents, he started screaming that he was hungry, I ended up forgetting the bottle warmer and immediately stopped at this location. I went up the counter, told them what was going on and they went above and beyond by not charging me for the hot water but also putting ICE CUBES in it so it was warm and not scolding hot. I didn't get their names and I didn't have cash for a tip but I needed to know their kindness didn't go unnoticed!

“I went to Dunkies this morning because I had a free expresso drink reward. I ordered a Shakin’ Espresso drink, thinking that obviously would be a drink covered by the coupon, but it was not. As I was adding money to my Dunkies card, the very kind associate (I wish I had her name; she had black color hair in a pony tail, thank you!!!) had a lead take the charge off of the drink. Thank you so much for doing such a kindness for a loyal Dunkies customer. I will always shop my local Dunkies because of this.“

“Plenty of convenient parking. I was warmly greeted upon entering the establishment. I had placed an order on the app and it was ready for me. The bagel with egg was among the finest I've ever had at a Dunkin. Kudos to the chef. The coffee was a little bit on the cold side. I would have preferred it warmer. Is this the consequence of the famous McDonald's lawsuit? I recommend this Dunkin.“

“It is basically the same crew whenever I go in the morning, but I wish I got this girl's name. She goes above and beyond to make sure my stuff is correct and that really makes my day! I don't go there every day, but apparently often enough that she knows my face and knows I don't like the cheddar cheese that comes on the sandwich! Most often I order in person. Last mobile order I came in and right away she called my name because she knew the american cheese order was mine. Today i went to get my food and she re-made it when i got there because she already knew she put cheddar on it and remembered when she seen me that I don't eat cheddar. I've heard them with other people in lines at times knowing what they are ordering in terms of food and drink as well. Im always very impressed and try to make it a point to go to that one even though there isnt always parking since it is downtown. They get a lot of business and somehow operate 10x faster and more accurate than the one across from my job. Very pleased!“

I got a strawberry cream cheese bagel, a turkey sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin, a matcha latte with almond milk and French vanilla sweetener, and an assortment of munchkins. This Dunkin’ stands out as one of the best in the region. Will be ordering from here again soon!“

“The last spot in jersey we hit before heading back home, it's like the halfway point between the prudential center (go devils!) and home, for us. Lots of coffee was gotten here from us, and it will continue to be bc they stay open late! I miss the 24 hr DD so thank you for helping us get home so many nights! Though you're usually out of donuts by the time we get there 🤣 understandably“

“This is normally a great location with speedy service, but today I ordered a cold brew coffee with sweet foam. Instead, they gave me a regular iced coffee with whipped cream. I was in too much of a hurry to take the time to go back, but it struck me that one of their employees doesn't know that those two drinks are different.“
