“Arguably the best and most convenient location in the city of Poughkeepsie. Located on the Main Street corridor this Dunkin Donuts is quite visible, its position accessible via both the east and west arterial highways.Stocks a variety of coffees and teas in addition to many other beverages. Also the go-to spot for pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and Dunkin nibbles.Opens at 6am and currently closes at 10pm. Hours may vary due to the current challenges associated with the pandemic.Services include phone and online orders for expediency of in-store pickup, service protection barriers, dining in (limited amount of customer), and outdoor seating. There is abundant parking, courteous and efficient staff and access to restrooms. Great location.“

“While driving to my parents so my 4 month old son spend time with his grandparents, he started screaming that he was hungry, I ended up forgetting the bottle warmer and immediately stopped at this location. I went up the counter, told them what was going on and they went above and beyond by not charging me for the hot water but also putting ICE CUBES in it so it was warm and not scolding hot. I didn't get their names and I didn't have cash for a tip but I needed to know their kindness didn't go unnoticed!

I got a strawberry cream cheese bagel, a turkey sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin, a matcha latte with almond milk and French vanilla sweetener, and an assortment of munchkins. This Dunkin’ stands out as one of the best in the region. Will be ordering from here again soon!“

“It is basically the same crew whenever I go in the morning, but I wish I got this girl's name. She goes above and beyond to make sure my stuff is correct and that really makes my day! I don't go there every day, but apparently often enough that she knows my face and knows I don't like the cheddar cheese that comes on the sandwich! Most often I order in person. Last mobile order I came in and right away she called my name because she knew the american cheese order was mine. Today i went to get my food and she re-made it when i got there because she already knew she put cheddar on it and remembered when she seen me that I don't eat cheddar. I've heard them with other people in lines at times knowing what they are ordering in terms of food and drink as well. Im always very impressed and try to make it a point to go to that one even though there isnt always parking since it is downtown. They get a lot of business and somehow operate 10x faster and more accurate than the one across from my job. Very pleased!“

“This is the BEST Dunkin Donuts I have been to. The workers are super friendly and sweet, my order is always correct every time, they are fast and everything always tastes fresh. “Vegetarian options: I don't know I'm not a vegetarian plus I don't trust anyone who refuses to eat bacon or claims they don't like ba con ?

Dietary restrictions: the only diet I'm very strict about and I stick to it religiously and have very intense restrictions with a very vigorous daily regime is the "Sea Food" lol

Parking: parking is very accommodating, however the only advice I'd give to present and future customers would be to STOP be lazy...I get it you want to park as close to the front as possible but when you park along the sidewalk of the establishment on the right ride of the building (rt side if ur facing away from rt 9) ur gonna end up getting stuck there for awhile cuz ur literally gonna be blocked by everyone on line for the drive through especially in the early morning hrs and I myself have seen some vicious verbal arguments occur over being blocked by those of on line ..so keep that in mind next time ur in a rush n u want to park as close to the front door as possible ..u may save seconds by not having to cross the parking lot but you will pay for it afterwards.

Kid-friendliness: idk about this one I guess it depends on the children and what type of parents they are ...are they like my parents who raised my like they were or are the the type who sit back doing their own thing while letting their technology to entertain them whether it a cell phone, tablet, or Nintendo switch

Wheelchair accessibility: very spacious seating the besides the mandatory handicapped bathroom stall their normal stalls are way more roomy and comfortable as well as just entering the facility you know they care cuz there is a ramp that keeps right to the front door , zero stairs ...“

“The last spot in jersey we hit before heading back home, it's like the halfway point between the prudential center (go devils!) and home, for us. Lots of coffee was gotten here from us, and it will continue to be bc they stay open late! I miss the 24 hr DD so thank you for helping us get home so many nights! Though you're usually out of donuts by the time we get there 🤣 understandably“

“This is normally a great location with speedy service, but today I ordered a cold brew coffee with sweet foam. Instead, they gave me a regular iced coffee with whipped cream. I was in too much of a hurry to take the time to go back, but it struck me that one of their employees doesn't know that those two drinks are different.“
