“What an experience. When people show such kindness, it truly warms my heart. I accidentally ordered from the wrong restaurant online and I wound up just ordering from the right restaurant and was going to see if I could call the other restaurant to see if they’d give me a refund. When I go to the payment window, Charles asked what happened and he gave me back my money and said he’d take care of it. I was so taken aback because it is not very often you receive such hospitality from strangers.
