“The ppl are professional and friendly. The boy prepared the beverage for us put very little ice in our cups, which was good. I asked him to change the wings to legs, he had no problem with that. I can tell the ppl working there cover each other. The place is relatively new and clean.“

I did put wrong location to pick up my food at last night.
couldn’t find a way to get refund.
I was with my son at my friend place where is about 1mile away from pick up place.
I was not able to go pick up since my son was crying.
I called that store where is wrong location.
But I don’t exactly remember what his name is..

I told him about my situation
He sincerely explained to me what I should do regarding the situation I was in.
You would probably understand if you had children who waiting for food.
Although it was brief, I was in panic. Haha
I was very grateful when he offered to deliver my food first.
I told him he doesn’t need to do, but he said
I’m one of his customers. So he has to take care of me.
In my life, be honest I never heard of it.
Later ,he brought up my food to my friend place.
I saw him he was sweating so asked him how to get here.
I was told he took a bus and walk.
I was so grateful and felt so sorry that I handed him $20.
He refused politely and smiled said he came for me as customer.
Not money.
Even as I write this, the kindness he showed me yesterday still gives me a feeling that goes beyond just a customer and client relationship.
In fact, I don't know where else to write this, so I'm sharing it here.

“Please include utensils,napkins, and straws!!! I order through the app and my last three orders did not include them. I'm in an office without a kitchen. Nothing is more frustrating than trying to drink out of a large floppy drink cup without a straw, and then having nothing to wipe your greasy chicken fingers. They gave us anything we wanted within reasonable means for free & I'm getting my money back from the 3 fish sandwiches that I pre-ordered on the app. Always make the chicken sandwiches great! “This Popeyes is on Parsons and close to a transporation hub and the food is always good there this is because the last time that I went to this store many years ago and I ordered 2 pieces of chicken, cole slaw, and a small drink. The food was delicious and yummy that i ate and drank all of it. The service was fast and reliable. The atmosphere was quiet.

“Convenient location with a parking spot. So it was takeout. It's not fast but my order was correct. I bought the fried flounder for the time. It's bread-y but I think it was so you can really get that spicy Cajun. I would eat it again...just not anytime soon due to me always trying to avoid carbs.“
