Starbucks in Queens

“I'm not a huge Starbucks fan and this strip mall is hit or miss for me. This Starbucks is great, ultra friendly Staff that are one point and extremely courteous. Coffee is always 7000 degrees because of the brand but fresh as anything. Next time I'm stuck in traffic, I'll be back. Service AAA and clean enough to ear off the floor“

“Very attentive and kind staff. A woman greeted me took my order I sat down to get comfortable and she brought out my coffee and food nice and warm and friendly. Then Fati was amazing she made sure I was comfortable leaving my belongings while I went to handle business and she’s greatly appreciated and goes above and beyond to make others smile! 😊 kudos to a wonderful store and work ambient !! Restroom was nice and clean as well“

“The staff is great and Friendly staff, it’s a great store Great location.
The service is amazing and the atmosphere is even better.They even have the outside sitting area with over head heaters and it felt amazing !!!!!!

“The experience at this store was wonderful this is because my friend ordered the pumpkin spiced latte. The drink tasted awesome and the service was fast and quick. The atmosphere can be noisy with workers calling people's names, and people making the drinks.“

“I rarely post reviews and only when I really like/dislike something.
It’s a pleasure to share with you that this location is just a nice place to visit and enjoy a cup of nice fresh coffee.
However, what really made me write this review is a gentleman named Moises
He was not only polite with, he actually did everything he could to accommodate my needs and made feel special. His coworkers also showed themselves very professional by any kind of standard but Moises surrounded me with great respect and care

Unfortunately, i noticed that they are like that with everyone, not just me. LOL

“The staff are wonderful and accommodating. The baristas welcome each consumer as they enter. Most baristas know me by name and know my order before I even place it. Most issues I find are consumer related for example when consumers are rude or inappropriate.

Dietary restrictions: Limited on sugar free flavors would love to see sugar free cinnamon dolce return“

“This visit to Starbucks, located at 61-51 188th St, was to find a comfortable spot for my afternoon boost-in the hope of enjoying that traditional environment always associated with the brand. Immediately after going in, the cozy and warm atmosphere embraced me like a blanket, and it was a great place to either relax or work. The staff received me with honest smiles and seemed very well trained, really smooth in making drinks and giving suggestions according to customers' tastes. Refreshing, isn't it, being treated like a customer? The coffee was well-brewed, yielding that rich flavor I look for, but seating was scanty at peak hours, which might be an irritation to those who want to get settled down. If you want to enjoy your coffee in a more inviting atmosphere, this Starbucks definitely strikes a chord; hence, it will be a detour worth going out of your way for when you're in Fresh Meadows. But consider sharing the space during peak hours. Rating: 4.5/5.“

“On 9:24am Husband and I bought 2 double smoked bacon and chddar and 2 pumpkin cream cold brew…there was a mistake with my drink order, and the lady with blue hair had the most professional and sweet service! She made me a new drink and offered another good choice for drinks for my husband and I…the food was ok but this Starbucks is convenient and busy, but the blue haired lady and the other young black haired lady making drinks are efficient, and young man on the cashier was very respectful! This is my first review just to say this..“

“UPDATE . from 1 star to 5 . This location improved DRASTICALLY! I go here everyday , the staff is pleasant and mobile orders are coming out quick! If you stopped coming to this location when they first opened I would say to give them a second chance you wont be disappointed!!

Order same thing everyday through the mobile app , drink is made different each and everytime . If using the mobile app sometimes the order takes 10 mins other times its not ready after 35 mins . Drive thru is a joke ! You cant place your order until the car before you orders and picks up their order causing the drive thru line to be backed up with a minimum wait time of 5 mins per car. Although I have to admit that they have been doing a little better since its almost always empty now cause alot of people had horrible experiences and just stopped going here ! Everyone i speak to regarding this location has had a negative experience and has stopped going here . Its a shame ! Location needs more staff and better training. Worker asked me a few days ago "whatcha waiting for " with the nastiest attitude while waiting for my drink to get remade cause it was HORRIBLE , after getting it remade worse then the 1st time i just left with a crap 7 dollar coffee that went straight to the trash@“

“My daily routine. Sutphin Starbucks is my favorite coffee shop. Hot cafe latte is my energy. Summer time, Pink Drink or Strawberry Acal is my favorite. Amazing and friendly employees. No needs to order them, they know what I going to order them. I just pay the and they serve better than my expectation. Credit card is mine but owner is Starbucks. In a word, The best coffee shop. ??☕“

“Had a bit of a mishap with my drink that I ordered and my doordash driver. Luckily I called at this location and got amazing customer service and was met with nothing but kindness from Starbucks employee PETER, who even offered to re-fix my drink the next time I come in person! wow! 10/10 stars for this starbucks and keep up the good work!“

“Everyone working was incredibly kind. I was absolutely horrified by the atrocious and racist words the person in line in front of me spewed out to the worker taking orders. Have we really gotten that low as a society? It’s literally Christmas for goodness sake. I wanted to cry when she said that she had gotten used to such acts. The coffee that the person working recommended was absolutely delicious and perfect. I wish everyone there the best of luck. ❤️“

“I love this Starbucks location conviniently located at LGA. The service is always fast, though busy lines. However the are always out of stock of my favorite food items, I understand the demand is high, please plan accordingly. Other than that being able to have access to good coffee when you most need it will always be “

“Everytime I visit Starbucks here, the staff and manager are always positive. I’ve seen the manager on countless occasions deal with customers who seem entitled or are being rude to her staff. And majority of these customers are always bewildered that the manager answers them with answers that they don’t like. Not every customer is right and also customers need to learn how to speak to restaurant staff.
In addition, the staff always show a welcoming face by singing and dancing to the music being played.
Drinks are always good and so is the food.“
