I have never managed to get a delivery order that actually included everything I paid for. There are literally check boxes on the slip for them to use to double check the order, but I guess they just don't care to take the time or do it right.
I was at the Queensbury Panera yesterday during the tornado warning. The staff was very effective at keeping everyone safe and calm in the back of the store while the storm was passing through and the winds had picked up. They even gave us some free cookies while we waited for the storm to pass and were friendly the entire time.
Ordered a chicken salad sandwich to go. If there was a small scoop of chicken salad, I would be surprised.
It literally barely covered 1/2 of the sandwich. If I was eating in, it would have been returned.
Disappointing. Always have better food in Saratoga.
