“First time eating here. Food seemed very authentic and tasted good. You order at the counter and they bring it out when ready. I had a steak quesadilla and partner for enchilada Verde, which was alittle different then we're used to. Very good authentic Mexican.”

“TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I didn’t realize they closed at 9, and I walked in with my two girls at 9:02pm. It was a rough night with some tears so we were hoping some froyo would be just the fix we needed. The two women working were mopping the floors and closing up for the night but INSISTED that we get our froyo fix despite the fact that they were actually closed. They couldn’t have been nicer and I felt SO BAD but they promised we weren’t inconveniencing them at all. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and work ethic. We will 100% be back to this location for the simple fact that they were so incredibly kind to us. THANK YOU! You made our night!”

“This place has some of the best staff of any chain restaurant. They make it feel like it's a local sandwich shop rather than a big chain. The food is always fast, fresh, and the workers have nothing but smiles and good attitude. Don't be deterred just cause the sign says Subway, this place is great.”

“Nice little watering hole off of the highway. This is cash only so be prepared (there is an ATM though). The drinks are cheap and the food from the connecting restaurant is also pretty decent. I'll definitely be back.”

“Stopped by the restaurant on my way back to the hotel. The person behind the counter was very friendly but not overly helpful as this was the first time in the store. Got the General Tsao and ribs. Both were delicious and there was enough for the next day lunch too. Wonton soup is really good. I recommend this place.”

“We have always gone here for any celebrations and had a great experience. Tonight was good but not great. We were a party of 12 and made reservations. Once we were all seated it was like we were rushed to leave. Ordered drinks which too longer than normal. Order two plates of sushi and they came mid way through our meal. Cooking started before soup or salad. Once the cooking was done. Boxes came out but we were celebrating our granddaughter’s 7th birthday. So was asked if we could get something for her. Took a little bit but ice cream, candle and singing but there were 5 other kids at the table who wanted ice cream too. Asked for them to have some and waited 20 minutes. It was such an odd experience. We will go back but please slow down Hanzo! This is what we pay for…a nice evening out. To give a time frame, we sat down at 435 and we were done at 530 but then waited for ice cream.”

“Owner/manager was playing with his cellphone in the corner and didn't say a word to me as I struggled to balance the food and extract 2-20 ounce diet pepsi's. I used to frequent this location 20 years ago. The taste of the food has changed considerably and not for the better. The pizza was somewhat undercooked and soggy. The meatballs were realistically barely a 3.5 out of 5 stars. The pizza was barely ordinary, rated a 3, and that was a gift. The young man who served me at the counter tried his best and deserved 5 stars. Overall, I drove from Clifton Park to patronize this location in East Greenbush. However, it'll be a long time before I return. My message for the owner is that he can do whatever he wants. One thing that he doesn't realize is that I hardly complain or return food. BUT, I'M THE CUSTOMER WHO NEVER COMES BACK.

They have never been slow when I am there, but they are always moving fulfill orders as quickly as they can. I have never seen any staff there being anything but productive. The entire staff is alway dressed professionally, and the location is always spotless.”
