“Hands down the best Subway I’ve ever been to. I am not from the area but stopped in on Friday and had to again today. Both times I had great conversations with the employees. Both employees and the manager that I’ve had conversations with have been incredibly friendly and polite. You can 100% tell that they genuinely care about their customers. They also give great portion sizes and make sure your sandwich is made right without cutting corners unlike some other Subways i’ve been to. On top of that, the restaurant is clean and well kept. If you’re in the area don’t bother going to any other Subway if it’s not this one!!! Thank you guys I will be back!“

“I have gone there a few times recently. I love their buffalo chicken sandwiches, I order them every time I go there. I always ask for no cheese with hidden valley ranch instead of blue cheese sauce. One of them added cheese on my sandwich by mistake once, but I still ate it anyways because I was too hungry to care. Anyways, the employees are nice when you are nice to them.“

Comparing the same sub at the 2 other sub places i go to. I have to say, subway comes in third. This is my opinion and I do not get any other kind. That is why I gave it 4 stars. If the others looked like what you see in advertising, I am sure they are very good . Subway is ok for a quick stop sandwich when needed.“

“Meatball sub was satisfying. Loved the roll-it was hearty and didn't melt in your hand while you eat (like some other sub shops). Meatballs were plentiful, soft, and flavorful. Good melted cheese. Just enough sauce. Fair price. Hope to try some other selections in the future.“

“Lol, Jimmy John's its my fav sandwich chain, honestly the regular Pepe is the best option that they have. Because we don't have any close to us we stopped by without knowing that this location was on the University RPI, lol. So we had to get inside there to order our sandwiches. There were no line or wait and the lady serving there was really friendly.

“The 2 young ladies working at this location on 7/20 deserve to be recognized and commended for their courtesy and service. I'm a recently displaced vet and completely unfamiliar with this area. So that is to say, their friendly attitudes and courtesy were exemplary - in a time where that's rare in most American retail operations anymore - and made the experience even more pleasant than the food. Which was also a nice surprise, and well prepared. I can recommend this place as long as these two are running it.“

“Begging and pleading whoever owns this location to raise the girls' salaries or hire some help. Hardest workers I've ever seen and after a dozen orders I haven't encountered a single mistake.

The lunch rush they get is crazy. I had a pick up order scheduled for 12:20 and walked in a bit early to a line of 14 people and a single sandwich maestro behind the counter. She was blazing through orders and answering questions and still called mine complete five minutes early.“

“I gave this place three stars because I normally don't go into the convenience store but I frequently visit the liquor store which is located next door there's an older gentleman that has been working at the store for years and years and years he is very nice he greets me every time I go in there we have good conversation he is very pleasant when I don't see him I get worried about him but other than that the liquor store friendly atmosphere but the convenience store depending on who's behind the counter that's up for grass because I have dealt with an unprofessional employee at the convenience store so I choose not to go to the convenience store anymore“

I went to another Subway in Watervliet one day and it was terrible, which really made me appreciate how well this Troy location is run. Hope the manager/owner recognizes the evening crew — they do a great job.“

“The subway in Wynantskill is owned by a gentleman named Dave. Dave recently had this subway remodeled, and holy cow does it look amazing! Finally, the appearance matches the personalities of the employees. This subway has been a reliable source of lunch for me for about 4 years. During this time, I've gotten to know several employees there, and the owner. Dave is an incredibly kind owner and cares about his consumers. The sandwiches are always made neatly and well organized. You never have to worry about them falling apart. All the wmployees are hard workers. They keep the place clean, assemble great sandwiches, and keep fantastic conversation, which allows for a friendly environment. I can't say enough about the quality of this subway!“

“My son and I went there sunday may 18,2025@ around 5.
We were waited on right away. As i was waiting i looked around the store and was very impressed. The tables were all clean including the floors and i also noticed the glass case was spottless. People always complain but noone takes the time when its good. These 2 ladies did a great job. Clean store was impressive. Great job.“
