Nothing like placing an order and having them repeat it back to you before placing the order and then an item is still missing. When we called back to inform, there respond "we didn't charge you for the missing item" after having them repeat the order back to you before even placing the order.??? Record your phone calls when placing an order!!!
My parents and I lived very close to here, so being raised in Ridgewood at the time, this became our favorite spot to hang out and eat. This restaurant is special, of course because the food is excellent and the boss is so friendly, but because my mother loved it.
