Been coming to this place for years, even when they found maggots in the beans and had to switch locations because it was viral on social media in our neighborhood. They refuse to accommodate the customers that have been with them for years, and that’s insane considering some like myself still returned after that viral moment and order from them religiously. Now it’s “nobody is authorized to do that”.
I ordered from here several times before and I always get the chicken soup. It usually has chicken, broth, vegetables, and noodles. This time it had a piece of a potato chicken and a lot of broth and literally nothing else. They sent white rice on the side, perhaps expecting me to use that for noodles. I called them and they hung up on me 4 times before I even barely got to talk. When I finally did get to speak to someone, I asked why the soup didn’t have as much ingredients...read full review
