“Fresh seafood centric dishes. I would recommend the clams in curry broth with a side of rolls! The location is small which creates a fun environment but it isn't great for medium-large groups. Also, the menu is small so it may be worth taking a look before going to make sure everyone finds something.“

“We went to this wonderful restaurant today for the first time, and it was unbelievably great! The man who waited on us answered all of our questions, the environment is warm and inviting, the service was the best ever, service was great, and we were not hurried in any way. Prices are reasonable and the quantity of food is spot on for hungry people. And of course, don't forget the desserts. There is a whole case of desserts to choose, and they were DELICIOUS. We will definitely go back and go back again and again.“

“Wow The fish pieces are huge and the French fries were fried to perfection had a crunch on outside and soft on inside , fish had a nice cornmeal batter and fresh and seasoned just enough , They are really nice warm friendly people, I'd definitely recommend this place☺️❣️“

“The atmosphere was was great. Our waitress Bella( at the Rochester one) was amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly sling with our hostess and other table help. Was a great experience. The only thing I was disappointed in ( which wasn’t any of these peoples doing) was my porterhouse steak. For the money, it should have been a nice cut. It was an end cut, one that even some stores don’t use…let alone a very upscale restaurant. It was also supposed to be med rare n was med. I didn’t send it back because st least it was pink, but it was well past med rare. My crab cake was very good. The lobster and crab mac and cheese was also very good. I’d definitely recommend and go back. Just not sure if I’d get the porterhouse again. Probably go with just the filet.“

“I came in today for the first time. The staff/owner was very welcoming. The customer service was impeccable, right when we walked in. The menu was clear and straightforward. But the food y’all… OMG!!! If you got a big back like me, go and get you some food from here. I’ve been around trying a lot food from Rochester but here? Right off the bat I knew the vibes were right.

I got a catfish special with baked mac and cheese, dirty rice and baked beans and my boyfriend got the haddock special. Let me tell you, it tastes just like home. Also, don’t forget to get y’all something sweet. Their coconut and lemon cake, to die for. Go and give them your support! By the way, all next week they’re having wings for $1.“

“Our first time here and we were delightfully surprised. Our server was so pleasant and attentive. The food was delicious with a lovely presentation. I ordered the scallop dinner and my broccoli was perfect, not over cooked as often is the case. My husband ordered the snow crab legs and stated they were the best he'd had in a very long time. Leave the din and wait of better known chain restaurants behind and give this place a visit“

“All aspects of our dining experience were excellent; food, wine, service, atmosphere. Their menu is fairly brief but they put attention into each dish and it shows. We had the olives, both menu salads, the gnudi, and the Sunday sauce.
I make a Sunday sauce I've been refining for years, and tasting theirs has suggested a new approach for me, just great. The bill was very reasonable considering the quality of the experience.
Angelina's is a real gem, a terrific upgrade to this location.“
