Very very very bad experience at store #4096 makes me not want to be a customer at Wendy’s and that makes me sad cuz the food it good but what I experienced tonight was AWFUL, a 45 min wait for my cold food from my mobile order and having an employee come out and scream at my fiancé for 40 minutes. Whoever took the order was so rude and would t listen to me when I was trying to correct my order . Once I got to the window , he snatched my card out my fingers .. I got it back along with my food. I asked for my receipt and he claims they can’t print them... and now I have this hair on my food along with 5 others .
Drink has a hair inside of it and my fries are half full . Can’t even complain since I don’t have a receipt.
