“My go to place for special occasions. Mike always makes us feel at home. Not only is the food fantastic, but the staff is helpful and kind. They even went out of their way to help my handicap mother get in and out of the car! Food is delicious and tons of variety when compared to the standard Italian restaurant. Great portions and even a decent amount of healthy options. Thank you to the staff for making my night even more special!“

“This was my 1st time visiting Red Crab! The Food is Absolutely DELICIOUS! The Atmosphere is Sophisticated, Warm and Cozy! The Service is OUTSTANDING! When you visit Red Crab, please ask to sit in Jennifer’s section…She is an Amazing Hostess! Jennifer…Your kindness, energy and positive spirit made us ALL feel valued & appreciated! Honestly, I feel like Jennifer should get a huge raise! She provided us with excellent customer service, she laughed with us, she danced with us and she made my 2 friend’s Birthday Soooooo Special! YESSSSSSS, I will be returning! 5 Stars! Wonderful Experience! YUMMYYYYY FOOD! Thank You, Red Crab, for making my two friend’s Birthday Unforgettable!!! WOWWW…So Much FUNNNNNNN!!! “This the 2nd time I was here and they do not disappoint. The 1st pic was the pork soup, the 2nd pic which is fron my 1st visit was the wonton soup which is my favorite. The pork one is good, but the soup tastes like gravy it was a bit much for me. And the 3rd pic is the chips very light I luv love them. Oh, and I had a glass of mohito“

“Very nice inviting decor. Service was just ok. The server was basic, didn’t tell us it was happy hour? Nor did she mention and food selections. For a new establishment I guess I was expecting a bit more … maybe ask if we had been there before? Check back to see how our food was( it was outstanding), we got more help from the water girl Had to ask to clear table. Had to ask for check from the water girl? The server had much support. Seems she took our order and disappeared. But the server assistants were on point. Dinner was really good. We will go back… because of the food. Even the manager walked pasted us a dozen times. There were 6 tables.. perfect time for manager to mingle… just saying. Place is very nice, great menu too. Just left feeling ignored. Nice music too. Maybe the server was having a bad day? Like I said we will go again !!! Great food.“
“My experience with Prestige Palace Lounge was amazing!! I booked this venue to celebrate my 40th birthday and I am very pleased with my decision! Mark, the owner along with Winston was extremely helpful from beginning to end of the planning process. Mark never failed to respond to every concern and request I've made. He was very, professional, respectful and accommodating to my every needs. He recommended a good cook for my party , allowed me to bring my own cook and offered free bottles wine on the house! I can't thank him enough! I am very grateful for the service he provided.
He also allowed excessive amount of time for decoration set up and was extremely accommodating. The venue was beautiful and full of life with disco lighting and elegant ambiance. My guest were all pleased and had an amazing time. I highly recommend booking you next event with Prestige palace lounge!“

“Went in for breakfast. Our server was decent. Walked away as I was finishing telling him my order, which came out ICE COLD & WRONG!!!! I requested a ham, COOKED/SAUTÉED ONION & American cheese omelet, fries and RYE toast with crispy bacon. My omelet was well done, the onions RAW, fries were ice cold my bacon was not cooked and not there had to tell the runner, and my toast was marble. All this for OVER &50.00!!! The server came by, we were basically finished. Asked how everything was. How would he or the runner know our order. Neither one looked at the order. NEVER AGAIN!!!“
