“Our waiter Stefanie was phenomenal. Great attention to detail. She gave us service with a smile. On top of her amazing customer service the other staff members were excellent as well. The young lady who assisted in bringing out the food was a rock star. The icing on the cake was watching the this super hero clean up after each party left their tables belly full. This man was fast yet efficient and meticulous. Me and my family were happy and comfortable. We knew we chose the right place to eat. When I want some outback I'm definitely driving past closer outback establishments to get to this gem in oceanside.“
“This was my first time eating here. The food was good, and the drink I had was very delicious, which was a blueberry lavender lemonade with vodka, but I didn't taste or get a buzz of alcohol at all it could have used another shot of alcohol. The service was very good and on point about everything. Sorry, I didn't take pictures. I was so ready to eat. They will see me again.“

“I've wanted to try a Peter Luger steak for years and was not disappointed by the experience. We went to the Great Neck location and found it was not crowded at lunchtime. We had reservations but they probably weren't necessary at least when we went. The atmosphere was exactly what I expected, old school steakhouse all the way. I had a single steak medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. The dry aging really brings out a strong beefy flavor which is amazing. Dana had a hamburger which she enjoyed as well. We didn't have any sides but the assortment of bread was very good. Key Lime pie with fresh made whipped cream and coffee was a perfect way to finish our meal. Our server Dragan was very attentive and we enjoyed talking with him. Highly recommend this!“
“This steakhouse is amazing! My husband and I have been here several times and it never disappoints! For appetizers the clams oreganata are delicious!! And for entree we always get the porterhouse for two which comes with two sides and its perfect!!!! It has a nice crust on the outside and cooked perfectly inside (med-med rare). The mississippi mud pie is to die for! I always get this dessert to finish the night off haha!“

“2nd time dining here and it was as good as the 1st maybe even better. Friendly staff made it an enjoyable experience. Steaks did not disappoint and the prices were not too bad. I would say it was reasonable. I have to say I had a cappuccino and hands down the best I ever had from a steak restaurant.“
“Primehouse is a very solid steakhouse. It has a wide array of offerings, a good set of meal combos, and very good appetizers. They also serve sushi which I did not have this time but I want to return to sample. The price is typical for what you'd pay at a steakhouse, but the atmosphere is really really good.“

“Formerly Palaminos, now Nunzi's is a great place to go out for a delicious meal and some cocktails. The inside was beautifully done over with great modern decor and the food is amazing. Went with my wife and some friends( a party of 5) and each one really enjoyed their meal. My wife had the wild caught Salmon, I had the grilled chicken BLT, our friends had the Lemon chicken, pear salad with chicken and my buddy had the stuffed filet of sole... the sides ranged from delicious homemade mashed potatoes, to fresh broccoli and carrots to nice crispy fries. All came out with beautiful presentation...Hopefully the place will catch on and do well since the name change... Whoever tries it will be back. I'll be back!!“

“I just love this place :) we come every few months because it’s close to home and they’re open later. The staff are trained very well. We are always so happy with the service. Food is always so yummy my favorites are the lamb chops, lobster salad, poivre sauce, bacon corn brulee and NY strip. Tonight we ventured out and tried the creamed spinach and organic mesclun salad. Both were phenomenal. Their berries and cream is also so light and perfect and the perfect amount of sweetness after eating all that food. Bill the manager is always there when we come through and always makes an effort to stop by for a chat. He is such a sweetheart and very good at what he does. It’s truly always a pleasure at Uncle Jacks. I’m confused on the reviews complaining about the prices. Tonight we got a glass of wine each, 1 bottle of sparkling, 1 app, 1 salad, 1 16oz steak, 1 sauce,2 sides and 2 desserts for $200 AFTER 20% tip. I think that’s amazing, especially for the atmosphere and service.“

I'm really great friends with the owner and sometimes it does get super crowded because it is a popular place! Make sure to make reservations because of this.
