“After this incident, they really took ownership The owner/manager personally called me and corrected the mistake and was very courteous. Even offered to make me another cake for free. I will be going back again to the store and recommend it to other people as well.

I had ordered a cake from this bakery and needed a gluten free item as well on the side . When I called to order they had confirmed that they always have gluten free cookies available, but when I got there this morning, I was told they were out . Also the person who packed the cake, just closed the box with a tiniest pieces of tape, no string etc. even though I had seen her pack another lady boxes with tones of string . Needless to say by the time I got to my place, the box was all open making it difficult to carry. When asked for a bag, I was told the box is not going to fit in any of the bags. There was absolutely zero effort for a good customer service. Never ordering anything from them again.“

“Inside Islip airport, this location does NOT have any lemon, fresh or condiment size, for Iced Tea or hot tea. So I ordered a bottled lemonade to use with my tea purchase. Server had no sympathy, really didn't care at all. Tuesday 4/9/24 at noon. :-(“

“The staff are generally very helpful and accommodating, but beware of the commuters. If you are traveling in to the city please be respectful of the regular commuters and order quickly. Remember these people are on their way to work and your dilly dallying could make them late. Also remember to follow the queue signs and don't mill about in front of the register.If you are a regular the staff will have your order ready the moment they see you on the line. They may not know your name but they know how you take your coffee and that is something special.“

“Y'all need to do something about the drive through taking up the right lane on portion road. Someone is going to get killed there.

If someone's order is going to take more than 2 minutes to pay for and get at the window you need to move the car somewhere else and bring out the food to move the line off of portion road.“

“I go almost every Tuesday with my son for the BOGO sundaes. Place is somewhat clean and staff is friendly. They could maintain the eat in area better. They know me there so they always hook me up with nice portions. It is also a dunkin donut store so a Boston cream donut is usually a staple to order. The ice cream is always good and on Tuesday it is worth the price. When it is not BOGO it would be not worth the price of $15 for 2 sundaes. It is a bonding time with my son which is worth it no mater the cost.“

“Really small Dunkin location, inside a gas station. It’s combined with the gas station so there is a lot of products to purchase along with whatever Dunkin offers, quick preparation but I can tell my drink wasn’t mixed properly because all the caramel was at the bottom instead of mixed in the drink ?‍♂️?“
