“Definitely a Long Island thing! I’m not sure places like this would thrive where we live now down in Florida. Brings back memories, but… I don’t know. Does everyone make bagels different these days? Seemed more like the consistency of a roll on the inside. This is the second place I tried in this area and same thing. The linzer tart was acceptable. Not a stiff enough or dense enough cookie in my opinion. Other than that, great!“

“The staff are generally very helpful and accommodating, but beware of the commuters. If you are traveling in to the city please be respectful of the regular commuters and order quickly. Remember these people are on their way to work and your dilly dallying could make them late. Also remember to follow the queue signs and don't mill about in front of the register.If you are a regular the staff will have your order ready the moment they see you on the line. They may not know your name but they know how you take your coffee and that is something special.“

“I go almost every Tuesday with my son for the BOGO sundaes. Place is somewhat clean and staff is friendly. They could maintain the eat in area better. They know me there so they always hook me up with nice portions. It is also a dunkin donut store so a Boston cream donut is usually a staple to order. The ice cream is always good and on Tuesday it is worth the price. When it is not BOGO it would be not worth the price of $15 for 2 sundaes. It is a bonding time with my son which is worth it no mater the cost.“

“Inside Islip airport, this location does NOT have any lemon, fresh or condiment size, for Iced Tea or hot tea. So I ordered a bottled lemonade to use with my tea purchase. Server had no sympathy, really didn't care at all. Tuesday 4/9/24 at noon. :-(“

“Y'all need to do something about the drive through taking up the right lane on portion road. Someone is going to get killed there.

If someone's order is going to take more than 2 minutes to pay for and get at the window you need to move the car somewhere else and bring out the food to move the line off of portion road.“

“Really small Dunkin location, inside a gas station. It’s combined with the gas station so there is a lot of products to purchase along with whatever Dunkin offers, quick preparation but I can tell my drink wasn’t mixed properly because all the caramel was at the bottom instead of mixed in the drink ?‍♂️?“

“I used duck donuts for my husbands retirement party and O M G these donuts are fantastic!! Veronica was so responsive and helpful with the ordering process. If you add thinking about using them for favors and or desserts think no more USE DUCK DONUTS!“
