“My first time being there the place is not bad at all. It’s clean inside. The employees are respectful and nice when you go inside you feel like you’re inside or old. Nice bar dining is beautiful thing. I take care because they have the kids is a beautiful place the food wasn’t that bad me first I’m trying to get the price are too high and do not worth that muchbut everything else is fine. The food was in bed. I read it eight out of 10.“

“My only 2 complaints are the roast beef did not look fresh, it was dark and dry looking. My second complaint is why is the credit card machine asking for tips? Lowest tip option was 15%. Or skip. Btw subway didn't anyone ever tell you it's rude to ask for a tip? Especially when yes your employee made me a sandwhich but he didn't bring it to my table.“

“I always have a great experience when I go here, especially for lunch...one of my favorites is the chicken bacon ranch sub on 9 grain sub roll, or some days I like to switch it up with a wrap. I also like the option that some give you to make any foot long a salad for a few bucks more“

“People are always friendly it's a nice place to sit down enjoy a burger and fries and just relax. You'll always be happy with your meal and the service is always very kind and the place is well maintained.

Parking: The parking can be tricky if it's busy but I always tends to find a spot if not the road is fine as long as there's no signs saying otherwise

Kid-friendliness: Tons of people around and dogs / pets also not a heavy smoker atmosphere“

Vegetarian options: Not a lot of choices for vegetarians. There was one or two if I remember correctly.

Parking: Lots of parking as it is in a Plaza.

Anything that I requested was expeditiously provided, only one unfortunate thing happened during my visit and that was a customer who was unreasonably rude to Percy. Making a ton of derogatory statements that was unwarranted by the staff.“

“I stop in here quite often. Recently renovated .They have ample semi parking which is nice.I stopped in before starting my shift to grab coffee and breakfast. I chose panara bread. Nice to see a different franchise in these service areas. I also love that they have commercial drivers lounge with showers and. Laundry it really helps us truckers! It’s a spacious relaxing environment to hang out for meal or coffee. Staff were super friendly.

“my 2 daughters orderd from this wendys today, and my oldest daughter wasn't giving the correct food. she brought the food back up to get it corrected and the VERY rude woman behind the counter told her she switched the burgers and was screaming at her, my husband went up to rectify the situation and the woman again screamed and cussed at him saying how it was to hot for her to be working. I am contacting corporate, it doesn't matter how hot it is, you don't speak to people especially customers this way and in a mall filled with other people. I am completely disgusted on how my family was treated and will never recommend this webdys to anyone nor re visit. this was crossgates mall Albany New York“

“The online menu being in Spanish kind of held me back from ordering to go in the past. I didn't want to order the wrong thing/ not be sure how to order.I finally went in person. Everything was easy to understand and in english.This is the best Rice I've had anywhere.The roasted pork was fantastic. Roasted chicken was very good. Prices very fair. Staff very friendly.11/10. “Oh I'm gonna be regretting this decision tomorrow.Was here last week and saw that loaded nacho chicken sandwich with queso fries, and I was like: "Oh my." So of course I had to try them, a week later and I also gain the courage to add the ghost pepper chicken sandwich with the matching fries, you know, to make sure I tried all the newest items on the menu. As a backup plan to that ghost pepper spice I also tacked on a frosty, originally going for the pumpkin spice but I later found out they had just changed out to the peppermint. No big loss I thought.Ordered online which was weird, because unlike other joints there is no way to place a pickup time and that's because they do not start making your meal until you show up. So while you can pay ahead and order it all to your specifications, like adding pickles, extra lettuce, etc, you might need to wait around once you get there if your customized order is large enough. As for me, the wait was close to 5 minutes, and all I did was remove the tomatoes, add onions, pickles, and extra lettuce.When I got home and opened it all up I wasn't blown away by the visual appeal for sure, it all looked pretty mundane, but how was the taste? Well the ghost pepper chicken sandwich was spicy, after eating half the sandwich that is. It's a build up spice in this case, so don't be fooled by your initial few nibbles. The matching fries reminded me heavily of flaming hot cheetos, but they too had the same build up effect. The loaded nacho chicken sandwich was by far the tastier of the two, but maybe it was because I was so excited for it, that my hype was not met. It was ok, but nothing to write home about. Worse yet the queso fries were just a mess, with the cheese topping having solidified into this ball of wet potatos. The queso was just slimy and not spread across the fries, leaving a good 20% totally dry. As for the peppermint frosty, it was alright, helped combat the spice of the ghost pepper, but compared to the pumpkin spice one they just had, it was the lesser. Very vanilla, not much peppermint.A meal of ups and downs for sure, but as I sit here full, satisfied, I'm not upset with my purchase or even unhappy at the $29 I spent. Just a good reminder that fast food does what it needs to, fills you up but won't wow you per-say.“

“The manager, a man, at this Wendy's (by Kohl's Plaza and Moe's 1770 Central Ave. location) is super kind and always makes you feel like a valued customer! I would say this is the very best Wendy's!!!

Dietary restrictions: I don't eat eggs or meat and fish. They are very accommodating at this Wendy's“

“Normally I wouldn’t take the time to review a fast food joint, but tonight had to be the most pleasurable experience. Keven the guy in the window was an absolute gem. His attitude was amazing which is not usually the case in many drive thrus.

“We stopped in at a particularly busy moment and the manager (I think) Andre was awesome. It's clear he had a rough shift and still he shared a laugh with us and was smiling. He even gave me and my aunt crowns, it was a really nice experience!“
