I had a steak sub delivered to my motel room and the steak was just about all burnt. I called and spoke with a guy named junior and said that he would send another one so I asked for credit on the book which he agreed to. I went to the store 2 days later and I didn't want to try the steak again so I got the Italian which the manager on duty said that it was no problem .
