“The store and bathrooms are very clean and the staff is nice. Prices are better than Dunkin and the donuts are as good or better. Coffee is much better and made in a machine fresh. Around $15 for a dozen donuts. $3 for coffee. I have been there multiple times lately.

“The service lady / cashier at the summer street location, name is Mayra, is the best worker there, competent and makes sure the order gets done right. I've had nothing but problems with the other people that work there, she is the only one that gets my orders correct. I think the manager is very lax at this location, otherwise I love the coffee and donuts.“

“Donuts Delight is one of those fast spots that’s hard not to love. Everything is always fresh and delicious, and nine times out of ten the customer service hits the mark. Beyond the donuts, they’ve got hidden gems on the menu—do yourself a favor and try the tropical green tea iced with half lemonade. Trust me, you’ll thank me later!“

“We love side door donuts! It’s become a Saturday tradition with our toddler. So many great choices and I have to admit even the plan and cinnamon sugar ones are delicious.

“OMG!!! You will not regret this Donut Delight!!! It was the very 1st one I tried and I never regret coming to this location!!! I really enjoyed every fresh donut & sandwiches purchased!!! And the best of all are the Lattés!!! The hazelnut is my favorite with whipped cream!!! The prices are perfect!!!! Starbucks just got dumped!!! I found myself a wonderful new hanging out spot!!!“

“The staff is always so friendly here. Good memories, too. Didn't go to this location for a few months and upon return they still remembered my order. It's the little things. Located by a campus and HS so gets a bit busy/crowded mid days“

“This Dunkin’ location is very good. The drinks and food were always great. I’m a big fan of the caramel iced coffee and the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The only downside to this location is that it is very hard to get in and out of the small plaza that it sits in. The street is normally very busy with traffic, and it can be hard to pull in and out. Also, the parking lot is small and is very limited.“

“The employees are very attentive...I absolutely love their vibe and their welcoming nature....
But the manager(Female) is not pleasant at all..even towards the employees...I had gone today to do my regular and I made it up to the counter to order and she came from the back to do something and as soon as I and the ppl behind me seen her we exited the store...I hadn't a clue the people behind me were exiting for the same exact reason until we were all outside...
I will not go back while she's there EVER!!

“I have been to A LOT of Dunkin Donuts in my life, and I have my favorites to say. This little gem made me smile because the staff was friendly and the service went with it as impeccable, now we all love the different drinks well My wife loves their caramel drinks and the pictures only give the visual pleasure of the experience but still well worth it. I was here between 7:30 and 8:30pm Feb.16 .25“

“Visited this establishment recently. service was okay. this blonde girl with glasses was asking if i had seen her duck. i was slightly concerned for her wellbeing, as she showed me a picture of the duck and it was rubber. i said i haven’t seen it. there was also a beautiful lady twerking behind the counter. i asked if i could have the ice spice drink, and she told me they don’t have it anymore. i cried when i went home. drink and food was great. this was a disturbing visit. i loved it. i’m never coming back here.“

“Beautiful location. Ample parking in their free lot. Store is small but beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well lighted. Three hard working employees; not a cell phone in use amongst them. My app order was ready inside 30 seconds. Tables and chairs in abundance, with a really nice view out the windows. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts fresh and delicious. Place was active but not at all crowded.

“Have been recently shopping in the area , deciding to buy an ice tea much to my surprise i was unable to leave a tip for the service. .My understanding is that's the policy from Ownership, shaking my head and feeling bad for employees especially during these times i said I've never heard such a thing.I am one who truly believes tipping is essential for the many people in these jobs.“
“I need this review to be seen by the manager, I just came from dunkin donuts on Washington street in Pleasantville NY and the guy that works there is absolutely horrible, does not know how to make coffee, talks way to much and has the music blaring, people come in and see him there and leave, you only have a very few good workers there, the ones early in the morning and the older peru women that just went on vacation for 2 weeks, this guy is there by himself and is awful, I always come in for a toasted almond latte 3 sweet & lows & almond milk, the whole cup is filled with almond milk, it's like he poured a whole container of almond milk in my cup with hardly no latte, I pay good money for this coffee and I frequent your dunkin donuts 3 to 4 night's a week, please you must know what is going on there with cameras, the place was disgustingly filthy tonight on top of it, I just found out one of my favorite young girls who worked there when he's there quit and went to Starbucks, I am very disappointed and very angry about this whole matter, please do something about this before you lose a lot of business“

“It’s very rare that I’d leave a review for a chain establishment, but was impressed by the service I received from the young man with a foreign accent (appeared to be a European accent). He appeared to be working in the solo, but offered great customer service (something that many establishments seem to be lacking these days). I appreciated his professional service!“

“I had a very pleasant experience here. It was easy to find a spot across the street. I ordered via the app and by the time I walked in my order was waiting for me. Luckily I checked the contents of the bag and noticed I was one doughnut short. When I brought this to the attention of the man and woman behind the counter they almost fell over apologizing to me. I actually felt a bit guilty. Anyway the employees are very nice, the store is very clean, and there are tables and chairs. Also, unlike other Dunkins later in the day, they did not substitute doughnuts, as they were still fully stocked. Nice place.

“Store is on a corner near the entrance to northbound Hutch. Limited parking; maybe 12 spots. Store is a decent size, tables and chairs and bathrooms, but is not kept clean. And the service is painfully slow. But the coffee and doughnuts are fresh. ♿️

“Honestly I don’t understand all these horrible reviews why don’t we speak upon rude customers? I went there today to order an ice coffee and the manager was nice and polity while a customer just rudely gave attitude over an items that’s not even part of the summer. Like come on. She held herself and I give it up to her because honestly some of YOU customers are so rude and unnecessary to people that are simply doing there job. I honestly love this atmosphere they are so nice. I wish I could give more then a 5 star, I will keep coming.“

“Not from this area but stopped in yesterday while visiting PC around 8:45am. The store is quite busy and seems regular customers because the staff seemed to know everyone. A couple of PC police were there for quite a while sipping coffee and chatting. Coffee was hot & fresh as was the food. Bathrooms were clean. I visit a lot of DD stores in NJ and all down the east coast and this location is now on my best-DDs list!“
