“Not from this area but stopped in yesterday while visiting PC around 8:45am. The store is quite busy and seems regular customers because the staff seemed to know everyone. A couple of PC police were there for quite a while sipping coffee and chatting. Coffee was hot & fresh as was the food. Bathrooms were clean. I visit a lot of DD stores in NJ and all down the east coast and this location is now on my best-DDs list!“

“I am frequent of all locations, i was in line at the drive thru and the guy before me was calling the young lady an idiot because she asked for him to repeat his order meanwhile i know he mumbles and has an island accent. When i was greated by her sunshine smile face at the window i apologized for the animals in our country and she kept her beautiful attitude. Wish i caught her name but i want to say it starts with S. Anyway thanks for keeping it together for us all and the smile on your face i personally left a couple bucks tip and all i had was a healthy black coffee. “Last night I stopped in for a large black and sweet coffee and two jelly donuts and when I got on the road, I had a coffee with no sugar and two glazed donuts. The first girl didn’t understand English, and it seems the second girl that helped her did not speak English either. Usually, everything is great this time it wasn’t“

“This is my go to donut shop whenever I want a good bow tie or honey dipped donuts. The chicken salad is one my favorites especially when made on a lightly toasted croissant. Friendly and attentive staff. Various locations with same quality of food and service.“

“Beautiful location. Ample parking in their free lot. Store is small but beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well lighted. Three hard working employees; not a cell phone in use amongst them. My app order was ready inside 30 seconds. Tables and chairs in abundance, with a really nice view out the windows. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts fresh and delicious. Place was active but not at all crowded.

“Visited this establishment recently. service was okay. this blonde girl with glasses was asking if i had seen her duck. i was slightly concerned for her wellbeing, as she showed me a picture of the duck and it was rubber. i said i haven’t seen it. there was also a beautiful lady twerking behind the counter. i asked if i could have the ice spice drink, and she told me they don’t have it anymore. i cried when i went home. drink and food was great. this was a disturbing visit. i loved it. i’m never coming back here.“

“Super friendly and they all have great smiles for miles. Mike in the back also tells some of the best jokes, all clean material and family friendly so if you go on a Tuesday make sure you ask for “Mike in the back” to come out and tell a great joke. My favorite bagel is their plain bagel with cream cheese, absolutely delicious. Thank you locust valley bagels! I will definitely be back!“

“The employees are very attentive...I absolutely love their vibe and their welcoming nature....
But the manager(Female) is not pleasant at all..even towards the employees...I had gone today to do my regular and I made it up to the counter to order and she came from the back to do something and as soon as I and the ppl behind me seen her we exited the store...I hadn't a clue the people behind me were exiting for the same exact reason until we were all outside...

“Whenever I had craving for a sweet snack you can bet I simply stopped by Dunkin Donuts. The Main Street on New Rochelle had so many options for quick food but one place I always felt comfortable walking into was definitely this place. Per my observation it was a scene for people between the ages of 15 to 30. Not too many large families passed through here. They had a small sized parking lot right outside as well as one on the hill behind them.Because I happened to enter their establishment around the same time each time I happened to always meet several donuts warm on the rack and ready. One of their tastiest products is the Chicken Snack N' Go. I think DD should do more to promote this item and I would recommend that everyone try it since it's not very expensive.“

“For some reason the coffee in this particular D&D store in New Rochelle is the best. The taste of the coffee is outstanding . I have been to many different stores and the quality in this store is way above the other ones I have been too.“

“A local branch of Dunkin Donuts that has a friendly and courteous staff; attentive to detail and good manners.While enjoying my food and drink, a young man's drink spilled onto the floor. Immediately a member of staff assisted in cleaning up the drink and offered to refill the lost contents.I'll be back here!“

“I think that there are many good things in this location. One of them is the service. Will say HI, will take you order and will get to prepare it. It is simple, yet other locations fail to do it quickly. As a regular here, I can recommend you all to try it out.“

“I had a very pleasant experience here. It was easy to find a spot across the street. I ordered via the app and by the time I walked in my order was waiting for me. Luckily I checked the contents of the bag and noticed I was one doughnut short. When I brought this to the attention of the man and woman behind the counter they almost fell over apologizing to me. I actually felt a bit guilty. Anyway the employees are very nice, the store is very clean, and there are tables and chairs. Also, unlike other Dunkins later in the day, they did not substitute doughnuts, as they were still fully stocked. Nice place.

“This Dunkin’ location is very good. The drinks and food were always great. I’m a big fan of the caramel iced coffee and the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The only downside to this location is that it is very hard to get in and out of the small plaza that it sits in. The street is normally very busy with traffic, and it can be hard to pull in and out. Also, the parking lot is small and is very limited.“

This little gem made me smile because the staff was friendly and the service went with it as impeccable, now we all love the different drinks well My wife loves their caramel drinks and the pictures only give the visual pleasure of the experience but still well worth it. “Have been recently shopping in the area , deciding to buy an ice tea much to my surprise i was unable to leave a tip for the service. .My understanding is that's the policy from Ownership, shaking my head and feeling bad for employees especially during these times i said I've never heard such a thing.I am one who truly believes tipping is essential for the many people in these jobs.“

Alaina was my service woman and she was amazing at first you think who is this lady with the sad eyes but when you get to know her you can see she takes pride in her job and does anything to please me . As a client I hope this woman keeps on brewing and making hot coco like it’s fresh from the cow. Dunkin owner please consider giving this woman a raise and don’t let the sad eyes fool you she is full of life and learning to do what it takes in this country to get a head in life and will always help me as a customer. Its hard for her to go home after making us happy and she has a kid and a husband who may not be the best so please appreciate her with more money and a better position when the time comes“
