Horrific Thanksgiving meal. Soup came out cold. Crab cakes came out ice cold in the center. Stuffing came out cold like it had been in the refrigerator. Service was snail slow. 2-1/2 hours wasted for a deplorable experience. Manager hid after I hunted him down to complain. He committed to take care of us via the check.
