“A landmark in Islip! New owner John and staff are awesome. Kleibers Deli has improved in so many ways but still has that down home country charm. The food is amazing!! So happy to have them so close to home. Love walking there for breakfast with my dogs who are always welcome and treated to some bacon every time we go. “Great place. i go before work but sometimes the dressing on the sandwich is to much and the bread starts to get wet. I would say prices are kinda high but then again i like to get extra food incase a coworker doesn't have any food or to bring home for dinner. I do wish the bagels were a bit better. The workers are nice but one time i was getting food for a coworker and me and one of the guys said "what are you doing? getting food for a date" 1. i'm single 2. “This place is amazing! They are compassionate and empathic. We should have more of you around.So I live in Texas, and my father in law was admitted in the hospital for a life threatening condition. I was trying to order food for family member that was taking care of my father in law in the hospital. I tried to use Uber eat but all effort was abortive.Then I google this beautiful hero place, when I called, I was told that they don’t deliver, but when I explained my situation, they told me they will take my order and they will deliver the food to the hospital. “This place is clearly a daily stop for the locals from the second you walk in, and we ourselves planned our visit the night before so we could be hungry and prepared. If you're going to be in the area, it's a great choice.

They offer a wide selection, all kinds of classics ranging from delicious pupusas to made-to-order egg sandwiches. They even have the Arizona "extreme performance" energy drinks, something I've been meaning to try but couldn't find locally!

We got four pupusas (immaculate!!), a sort of sausage and pepper pasta, and a side of frijoles molidos. Everything absolutely hit the mark, and we're definitely going to come back to try their other dishes.

The workers here are efficient, kind, and know what they're doing. They maintain a wonderful selection of both prepared food and products, so regardless of who you bring here to eat, they're bound to find something up their alley.

“Bagel are good!! Service needs an upgrade. Usually bagel shops have 2 lines so that when u just want a dozen bagels there is no need to wait for all of the deli orders to be taken and then rung up.
