Stopped by for a post race drink at the Rooftop bar, always a great time up there when the weather is nice. Service was friendly and efficient and a great place to enjoy the views... first floor bar is always nice as well, though can't say I was a fan of the DJ or music going on later at night, but will definitely return.
Saratoga City Tavern is hands down one of the best spots in Saratoga. The atmosphere is always lively, the drinks are on point, and the overall vibe never disappoints.
What really sets this place apart though is the service there especially Nick behind the bar. Nick is an absolute pro. However, navigating the tavern can be challenging, as the stairways and the dance floor on the DJ floor can become overcrowded, particularly during special events.
Despite the occasional congestion and some issues with the bathrooms, the Saratoga City Tavern is praised as a great place to dance, enjoy a night out, or even unwind with 24-hour *Baywatch* reruns, as long as one is comfortable with close quarters and a lively atmosphere.
