Ryan and her staff are excellent at their jobs. They know every cat and all their traits and behaviors. Everyone is extremely kind and attentive in answering any questions one might have. And we had a lot. They made adopting our girls easy and stress free for the cats.
I had a very upsetting and unsafe experience with this business. During our visit, my young daughter was bitten by their cat. What should have been treated with urgency and genuine conncern was instead brushed off- both the over and her employee responded with sarcasm and dismissiveness when I voiced my frustration. I had to make multiple requests to speak to the owner in regards to this incident-yet during a later phone call, she admitted she had been there the entire time....read full review
The love and care they give to these precious Cats and Kittens until they find their forever homes is remarkable. They run free and happy. They have toys , beds and food and lots of play mates. The cafe is very clean.
