She also gives great advice to people that ask, especially in the love department since she's a girl. She was even a great therapist dealing with the local drunks that were there feeling sorry for themselves. She knew how to handle people no matter what type of person they were. So as you can tell the best thing about this place at this hour up until about 645-7pm is her on Sunday lol. She knows how to mix a drink also which is obviously nice for a bartender lol. Total flavor bomb. Easily the best smash burger I’ve ever had.While burgers are obviously their specialty I saw wings on the menu and after tasting the quality of the burger I had to order some wings. Tossed in the buffaque sauce the wings were crispy but still tender. Had to order a churro for good measure. The 2 guys working the truck, Lucas and Sam told me about their physical location in Baldwin which I’ll now have to make a trip too. “I made a huge order because i was ordering for my office. The gentleman who helped me over the phone for my pick up order was very patient. I had three different orders with special instructions and all separate payments. Yes, i knew it was a lot. He kept his professionalism and grace. As soon as i was greeted by a nice lady at the register when i told her my name my order was close by being prepared. The service was fast and friendly. While waiting for the fries we shared a nice small talk about the great service and he let me know getting the lemonade was a better deal than the can soda because the lemonade was 20 ounces and the van was 12 ounces. The staff was great! Now to the food. I tipped in the jar because it’s a great experience. It only got better when he helped me to my car. He placed the food neatly in my car. I started with my appetizer the mini crab cakes. You get five for $10.95. They were seasoned nicely to taste and perfectly baked outside batter. May have been imitation crab meat but hey they were good! The macaroni salad that came with my pastrami Mac melt wasn’t the best. They used rigatoni noodles instead of elbow and it was dry. The Mayo was at the bottom of the cup. I doctored that up and it was okay. But boyyyyy did the pastrami Mac melt melt my taste buds! Wow is all i can say! Temperature wise the food was hot and fresh. The taste of the pastrami was so delicious and savory it went perfectly with the type of bread that was used. The Mac was cheesy and also seasoned (i noticed the pepper) went so well with the meat! We decide to take advantage of there 2x1 happy hour special on drinks and there food as we order we felt his bad attitude get progressively worse. when the drinks finally came (40 min later) the drift beer was not as cold as it should be and never got the appetizer before our food everything just came at once. we decide to order more drinks and was told that there an 1 hour wait time before you can order again lol we just kinda laughed at his comment and decide to speak to the manager as it doesn't say anything ON the menu or the website. The AGM confirmed that rule was not on there policy and said he will speak to him, we asked to change server as we didnt want our experience to be affected by a person that doesn't need to be working there and should find a job that doesn't involve serving people.
