“This was my first time ordering from Joe's. Im sorry i didn't order sooner! i ordered the All American Hero with a side of Onion Rings. Holy cow, the size of this hero was massive! I could only handle half of it. It was delicious! I went for this place because it allowed special requests and I didn't want cheese but wanted extra mayo. They fulfilled my request accurately. It was dinner time when I ordered and yet still arrived timely and hot, and Im not that close as I live in Centereach. I devoured all the onion rings, they were too good to leave behind. definitely recommend and definitely will order again!“

“I went there today for the 1st time. I had to try them. I'm so glad I did. I got the Tuna fish hero. OMG! It's so delicious! I definitely recommend them. Generous portions on the sandwiches! I'm very picky about my tuna fish, their's is really very good! I'm sure everything else is too.“

“Ordered a sub for pick up. Walked in and it smelled like fresh bread, that special subway smell. Worker was friendly and checked to make sure it was the correct order being picked up. The sandwich was delicious. It was made correctly, even with my addition and had the right amount of ingredients on it. I was happy to used my coupon also. Would return to again!“

“I was on my way to a funeral. Most places were closing due to it being a holiday. but i had to stop for dress socks for the gathering . Knowing i wouldn’t have much time to eat ( and being celiac(gluten free)) it’s hard to find foods i can eat. I saw Charley’s had traditional on the bone wings. I figured eh. How bad can they be….. expect the unexpected. They tasted home cooked, juicy and full of flavor. If the taste wasn’t enough the young gentleman helping , Memoudou went above and beyond to make sure the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. I was welcomed and set off with kindness. It was also extremely refreshing to see someone young and so well mannered and in the moment, happy to be doing their job. 100/100“

“I've been trying to keep to strict social distancing due to my son's grandparents that he has interaction with due to his father being an "essential" worker. I am healthy and at minimal risk but my worry for others has kept me home for most of this. But, my poor son had a serious case of cabin fever and has been begging for Jersey Mike's so we ventured out. Thankfully your online ordering is painless and I was able to pay online which limited the contact ✔. When I got there, I left my teenage son in the car to limit his contact and I didn't think I'd need help running in and out, as the order was already ready. 👍I was greeted by the same friendly faces in this particular building (I'll drive extra to go to this shop because friendliness and courtesy are a very big deal to me). 😃 I had ordered drinks and on instinct I reached in the bag to grab them..with the gloves I had worn to go inside. I stood there for a half second in slight panic when I heard the gentleman behind the counter. He offered to replace the cups because he had seen my reaction. He insisted even though I tried to deny the offer because it was my own silly fault. I got my son's favorite root beer (one of the other reasons my son loves Jersey Mike's lol) and practically sped all the way home. While this all seems trivial on a normal day...the kindness and awareness that gentleman showed helped me through my anxiety through the situation. Normal is no longer "normal" and his job is stressful I'm sure...But he still paid attention to his guests, he quickly addressed an issue before I could even register it was one fully, and he made my day. I couldn't give him a hug, and nobody wants to see a random lady crying in the middle of a sandwich shop...but I wanted to make sure the store got the recognition it deserved. Thank you for making my stress a little less stressful and for being a place I can trust in the midst of this insanity.“

Nick, Gary, and the rest of the staff are just amazing. They always take the time to ask us how everything is and make us feel so welcome. Over the years, they’ve gotten to know us so well, and we’ve gotten to know them too. It feels more like catching up with friends than just grabbing a quick bite. It’s also super convenient since it’s right next to the laundromat. Sometimes I’ll pop in while doing laundry, and other times it’s simply because I’m craving their food. Either way, it’s the perfect spot and we always leave happy.“

“Stopped in for a sub, fell in love with the environment. What a cool place, the manager is the sweetest person. He let my son get behind the counter and make a couple subs for customers! That little bone head kept getting the orders wrong so the business probably lost a lot of money due to refunds, but those were the best 5 hours of my kids life. Sorry about breaking the soda machine I really didn’t know about pushing all of the buttons at once.“

“Visited the Bohemia location for the first time. I pulled up and panicked that they were closed. Relieved to find that it was open and was greeted by an amazing associate that I came to title “Mr Jersey Mike “ as he was a rockstar! He looked like a very young Michael J Fox ! As I said it was my first time and I was accompanied by 2 disabled gentleman that I was treating for dinner. It was Saturday early evening June 1st and I’m hoping you can check your payroll records and give recognition to this incredible helpful knowledgeable and polite dude ! He knew his stuff and made recommendations that were fabulous! The staff working with him were a great team and I left a good tip. Please acknowledge these young men. Their work ethic and professionalism with disabled adults is really worthy of notating! The world hasn’t really had a great work ethic since Covid and these dudes are changing that ! We will be back real soon !“

“Not a bad subway. Employees were friendly but for some reason whenever I try to use my "rewards card" to earn points for money off future orders the card never works according to them. And I didn't get my points even though I tried swiping the card twice. Also pretty small place not much room for seating.

“I got the original philly cheesesteak and it was amazingggg exactly how i wanted it to be with the perfect sautee onions the melted cheese sauce meat was cooked perfectly tender and soft and the roll perfectly soft. Ive been trying cheesesteaks from everywhere lately and havnt had luck until today with charlies cheesesteaks sandwich. I never post reviews but i felt i had to because i just enjoyed my lunch so much thank you i will be ordering from you guys a lot
